Excellent food. The name is unique, and the interior is homely, but don’t let that fool you. The food is awesome! I got a hanger steak and it was unbelievably tender. The seafood paella was amazing, prolly the best in DC..just like being back in Spain. I’m not surprised because Spaniards work there

All the tapas we had were very yummy and they came out quickly.
The only reason it gets four stars instead of five is because something we ate messed up our stomachs big time. It was all very good. We just paid for it later.

Five stars!! 100%. I dont usually post but I am visiting D.C. for the weekend from N.Y. and I must say this is the best Spanish food I have ever had. Dare I say...even better than the cuisine I've had in Europe! I will certainly visit again before we leave.
Exceeded expectations. Authentic. Daniel was a great host and very attentive. Croquetas, patatas bravas, aleoli, etc... And.... The gazpacho flavor and texture are delicious. Don't hesitate. You'll enjoy!
