Pier 2934 Cajun Seafood

This is one of my dad's favorite places to go, he loves it here because the seafood is fresh and delicious. The waitstaff is really nice and we are always seated promptly and our food is brought out in a timely manner. The prices are fair and the portions are good. You can eat inside or outside, both are good options! If you are a vegetarian, there are not many options but I always get the sides which are delicious. My favorites are the desserts (especially the flaming coconut ice cream), onion rings, sweet potato fries, corn on the cob, and baked potato! The do have a salad bar but I've never gotten anything from it.

Soft-shelled crab po-boy was delicious! Seasoned fries also properly crispy and tasty. Shrimp cocktail was good too. Outdoor patio was very nice. Waitstaff nice. Several good bottled beers at ok prices. This is a great find... not as expensive or packed as places right on the water. Note: they do not accept Discover cards.

Forget about the money... Order the Captain's platter (or Bucket?) I can't even remember the name of the thing because I was lost in seafood heaven... GO ALL IN!! This place is a great spot to unload your ocean taste buds and truly enjoy some down to the sea floor shellfish! Great selection, but oh my gosh, the seasoning was the best I can remember from any seafood place I have been... This is a five star when focusing on the food... No need for service review because your tastebuds won't allow you to focus on anything else! Get over to the Pier and drop a line... I guarantee the fishing will be good! Wow, so we decided to randomly go to Georgetown and look around for something to do, one of our friends actually reserved a restaurant around the area, but when we went to the parking close to it and decided to walk around we stumbled in front of this. We could not help it but to try it out. And it was actually amazing, none of us was disappointed. Food was so flavorful, much better than other locations that serve dishes similar to these. A good, small, family friendly, seafood place in the heart of Georgetown that serves seafood by the pound in bags or trays and surprisingly has many other options as well. They hand out bibs which I recommend using if you don't want to get messy. I of course opted out, thinking I would out smart them, but that was a fail. I order the shrimp "all in, spicy", which is a combination of garlic, butter and old bay seasoning--being from the southwest it lacked true spice IMO--but was still really good. They were large, meaty and very filling. The rest of the family ordered the following: Snow Crab -- Very meaty, easy to open and not pumped full of water like most place that serve them these days. Cajun Fries -- Good ol' fashion fries that were simple and tasty. The staff was super friendly and prompt with service.
