We went to this restaurant on christmas. Food was really good. We had vegetable soup, hunan chicken and eggplant. However, the restaurant is overcrowded and it took almost 30-45 mins for our dishes to arrive. I would suggest to take out instead of dine-in from this restaurant as it is too much overc
Chinatown Express is convenient to Gallery Place metro. There are two eating areas. Service is quick and efficient. We were immediately seated and our order taken. We got the chicken Yat (noodles soup), sweet and sour chicken, Singapore rice noodles, and an ice cold Tsingtao beer.

This is our first time sitting in and I usually order the duck lomain to go. But wanted to try something different and I'm glad we did. Everything they make is always fresh and very good they never disappoint. Will definitely come back.
This place makes really really good delicious food, but the appearance and low maintenance of the restaurant don’t sit well with the visitors. But you haven’t done the Chinatown experience right, if you don’t eat some duck and traditional Chinese dishes in a half basement establishment :P
