Delicious food, friendly staff (shout-out to Jolania) and clean facility! What more do you want?

I was so hungry and find tasty sandwiches.

I had never been to Potbelly and in the 4 days I was in DC I ate there 3 times. Literally everything was delicious.

Kids group of 25 people were turned away at Zburger near by at lunch time! Your shop took them in though and provided wonderful food and great ‘can do’ service. My son said it was the best sandwich ever! Thanks!!

Always busy at lunch, but they get everyone through the line quickly. Generally friendly service with tasty subs and salads. Helps if you know what you want because sometimes when it’s busy they’ll start taking orders several customers deep into the line.

Convenient location and app ordering is fast, food is pretty good 👍

This is a fantastic resteraunt. They serve primarily subs and sandwiches. That's not new, but it's a nice homey atmosphere and the sub I got was delicious.

The sale was delicious! Unfortunately they do NOT offer GLUTEN FREE options. However, everyone that I was with RAVED about the sandwiches, including the children.

Decent sandwiches, soups, and lunch type foods. Conveniently located right by Federal Center SW Metro station, very close to Congressional and other buildings downtown. Service was ok.

Bought a grilled chicken roll today. And I was amazed how great it was! Definitely going back.

Really, really tasty, fresh sandwiches drinks and cookies! Try the Lemon cookie with their malt shakes. Mmmmm gooood.

The sandwiches were delicious and the staff was polite, kind, and efficient, even though it was very busy (lunch hour). However, the table we sat at was broken (the top was loose), and the live music drowned out conversation. It seems like back great place for take-out or eating outside.

I love coming here. Every single one of the staff seem genuinely happy to help. The Uptown Salad is delicious and fresh. The restaurant is clean and has a great atmosphere. The whole dining experience was perfect. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
