Starbucks

I don't normally post reviews for places as predictable and consistent as Starbucks, but the staff at this particular location is excellent and worth a shout out! The ladies who work the weekday morning shift are cheerful, efficient, and full of joy. After the first day, they remembered my name and my order every day. They are the sole reason I would likely stay at the adjoining Marriott Renaissance in the future.

I visited this location for the first time even though I've know of its existence. We normally stay at the Marriott Marquis when we're in town for a convention and the service at that Starbucks is atrocious. After waiting 35 minutes there to place an order, I ended up leaving because they were out of everything and the service was terrible. I placed a mobile order through this location and in the 5 minute walk across the street, they had my order ready. The staff was super pleasant and seemed to enjoy their job. They offered excellent customer service and did so with a smile. The drinks were perfect and we'll definitely use this location in the future.

Service was out of this world. Though not a regular at this location, the partner did not rush me. She had patience and her smile just made me feel good. I noticed she gave that courtesy and warmth to everyone behind me. A regular came in trying to order on the app for the first time. Somehow his order was lost, but the staff quickly remedied the situation and he left happy.
