Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

Derrick our server in DC location is a cheerful and cordial employee. He provides great service and will provide a joyful experience along with your meal. The food is absolutely delicious and doesn’t take an excessive amount of time to arrive. Their pasta, pizza, and bread were very enjoyable to my family. I would especially recommend the lasagna. The building as well is quite pretty with all it’s brick work as well. Overall our experience at this location was splendid with great food and service. Would definitely eat there again.

Our server Gladys was beyond excellent! We arrived 15 minutes before closing & she (& everyone else) treated us like we were the first ones there that day: no rushing out, no annoyed looks, just graciousness and superior customer service. Gladys was patient with my indecisiveness, and was thoughtful in her recommendations for my vegan diet. I will definitely return (because the food was delicious) and hopefully to be served again by Gladys 😊.

This is my favorite place ever! I do lunch, dinner and drinks with coworkers and friends. Great service, Management and Staff work hand in hand to ensure excellent customer service. I always have great service provided by Gladys. EVERY TIME!!! she is such a treat after a hard day!!! It’s a great way to unwind and its my Go-To place. Whether it’s a game I want to see or the debates. I’m always welcomed at Bertucci’s.

I had an amazing experience while at this restaurant. The environment was authentically designed to look exactly like the interior of a building you would see in Italy. In my opinion the waiter that I had was the best one that I’ve ever encountered in all my years of eating in rest stop restaurants. Furthermore, I ordered the Bruschetta and Burrata oven break pizza and it tasted just like something made straight out Italy with Delicious mouth watering Ingredients. Lastly, the environment was very welcoming with the waiters checking up on everybody and the employees cooking your food to their best abilities!

Perfect atmosphere for kids. During our trip to Washington we ate lunch at Bertucci’s twice. Everything we ordered looked like it was actually homemade. Everything tasted awesome and they run some killer specials. Wednesday kids eat free!!! Lastly, I hope you ask for LaTosha! She told stories, joked around, and made sure everything was perfect during our meal!

Tonight Bertucci's hosted almost 200 middle school students and did an AMAZING job tonight. The general manager, Matthew Duffina, and his staff were outstanding. Everyone had a friendly face and was ready to lend a hand whenever needed. The tables were prepped and ready upon the group's arrival. They consistently had fresh, hot food replenished on all tables. The food was delicious from the appetizers to dessert! I would definitely recommend this location again!

Great Italian Eatery in a comfortable and cozy environment. A slower more relaxed dinner option, so don't be too surprised to find your meal takes a little longer, especially toward the dinner rush hours. Service was excellent and amazingly friendly. Typical Italian options done right. The calzones were amazing, and the toppings were fresh.

The waiters and chefs are amazing, food came in good portions and the complimentary bread and salad were delicious. The Italian scenery and the relaxing music lifted my spirits and a the kindness radiated from each individual. I can't even describe the happiness I felt from this restaurant and will defidefinit come again

We went there with my daughter's 8th grade class. Our table was waiting for us when we arrived. The service was great with several servers waiting on our table. The pizza was very good but the Caesar Salad and meatballs are amazing! We were also treated to complimentary chocolate cookies on our way out. Definitely a place to try!
