Tony Cheng's Restaurant - Washington DC - Photo album

The best Chinese food place in DC. I tried all and this is the one I visited twice. Plenty of space to seat, food is fenomenal and service is 5 stars. Service fee is being charged everywhere, if you go to Florida is even higher. No reason to complain and give 3 stars. It Is still cheaper than most h
Nice Chinese foods. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a local restaurant for Chinese foods in town.
Food was wonderful. Doesn't have accessibility. I walk with a cane. But what about someone in a wheelchair ♿? Food is delicious. Customer service is top notch. Very old and historical in Chinatown. I was visiting from Missouri and got off on the Big Tour bus. Nice portion sizes. They'll box things
This seafood restaurant operates regular dining on the second floor and a banquet hall on the third floor. The banquet hall fits around 24 round tables. With Lunar New Year dinner, it began with the ground beef and egg drops soup, which had filled ingredients. The chicken cubes with peanuts were hea
We ordered two things the waiter recommended. They didn’t taste bad or anything but expensive compared to other Chinese places. Not sure if it’s because it is DC. The place said it had dim sum but they don’t. The guy said they haven’t had it since covid and couldn’t afford to hire a dim sum chef. T
Our dinner was so great! We started with steamed meat dumplings which we all loved and then devoured our two dishes. Our favorite between them was definitely the Mongolian chicken, that was so delicious! Our young boys liked it too, especially the dumplings! Would absolutely come here again!
Oh to be a Japanese Business man in the 90s doing business with Washington Fat Cats. This place has the perfect vibe for that setting. With seating for 2-8 people and a lobster tank in the center with a chandelier overhead. The food was so good and authentic as well. All dishes come with a cup of w
Located in Chinatown with plenty of seating and very fast service. The restaurant was clean, friendly, and the food was great. Even though I didn't order much, the menu had excellent choices Enjoy
Came here for a late lunch/early dinner before a concert at the Capitol One arena. The decor is unimpressive and the bathrooms, while sorta functional (1sink had no water) are nothing to note...but the food was spectacular! Had one of the best Chinese meals I have ever had! Service was prompt an
Such WONDERFUL food!!! Every dish is family style which allowed us to try multiple dishes. We decided on beef and broccoli, sweet and sour chicken, chicken fried rice and vegetable lo mein. Appetizers were spring rolls and crab wontons. Excellent experience and would highly recommend.
This is a classic little Chinese eatery! Service was quick, food was great/came out hot, really nice space so you’re not super crammed.
My family has fond memories of Tony Cheng's, being originally from the DC area. When I was in town, my mother and I recently went here. The food is every bit as enjoyable and lovely as we remember. Their beef chow fun is one of my favorite foods, anywhere. This was my first time trying soup dumpling
We didn't realize or research before hand when they served dim sum (only during lunch). In the past when I had their dim sum, it was such a great experience. The evening we went we were disappointed, but ordered off the menu anyway. My friends really liked the flavors. I, in the other hand, thought
