Food was good. Service outstanding. The chicken was great. Brisket was so tender. The biscuits are OK. The Lobster and grits were good, not an okra fan though. Hush puppies were good and deviled eggs were pretty good. The chocolate chip bread pudding was to die for. It was like a chocolate chip cinn
Enjoyed my ham and cheese on a baguette and the accompanying salad. My friend liked her croquet madame, although finding it somewhat difficult to eat. We devoured every bite of the apple crisp dessert.
Food was very, very good. Service was excellent. Made me feel like a long time friend in for a comfortable visit. Appetizers were great! Deviled eggs were good but I was blown away by the lobster grits. Pork tenderloin and asparagus were delicious and fork-tender. Brussels sprouts were cooked superb
Vegetarian options were good at lunch. We had the grilled cheese sandwich and the eggs with grits. Very good.
Macon is a gem, helping to anchor a block of delicious restaurants that include Blue 44 and Parthenon. Come to Macon for refined southern cuisine, including some delicious ribeye and rockfish and, not shown, fried chicken! The service also never fails to disappoint. Want a night out in Chevy Chase?
Food was excellent, service was great and prices were super reasonable for being tucked in Chevy chase. Would absolutely return.
Ivan is a fantastic server! Our table was not to our liking. He immediately moved us to one that worked better for us. Food was fantastic as always. Bread Pudding is heaven on a plate!
Wonderful breakfast. I chose the Macon Breakfast and everything was perfect and distinctive.
For brunch had the croque madame which was very good and accompanying side salad had a really nice dressing. The quiche Lorraine crust was very crispy but too light on the ratio to egg portion. Could use more knowledgeable servers and improve the cocktail menu, you could have made more money off of
The food is good, but some of the drinks and etc are over priced. I had a nice meal with a friend but the manager/waiter kept interrupting and I couldn't enjoy the night fully. They were nice but it was pretty much the entire time they chatted with us.. They also joked about us going to the restaura
Great service and great food! Great place to go after seeing a movie at the Avalon theater
Best fried okra around. And excellent salads for lunch.
This is my favorite spot. I recommend going for dinner instead of lunch as their selection is not very good (yet). You must try their biscuits and coconut cake. #romantic #localspot
Attended an small 50th (30+) in the rear party room venue which was finely in-house catered and we'll staffed. It was my first time there and it has a very nice atmosphere. Try it you'll like it.
Food always on point, knowledgeable and friendly service.
Super nice people and excellent food. The brisket was amazing and you have to try the biscuits. I'll be back for sure
The food was phenomenal! We had deviled eggs, lobster and grits and fried green tomatoes for apps. All were delicious! For dinner we had the moist and flavorful pork loin. The short ribs were okay. Our server, Lara, was the best!!! At the end of the meal you get homemade butterscotch candy that melt
