Kelly's Irish Times Pub - Washington DC - Photo album

Cozy Irish pub with a good selection of beer and Irish whiskey. The bartender was friendly and attentive. The fish and chips were excellent (for $4 more, you can get the kid size which was a perfect portion).
Cool place. Typical bar food, nothing special, but good. All the police stuff and patches are awesome.
We had a good time here, waiting for our train. We just got some drinks, no food. The atmosphere is quiet, there are a lot of tables, seats at the bar, a good choice of beers and draft cider. We weren't able to pay using the QR code system, a pity, because it's otherwise convenient.
First time in DC. Got off the train and wandered into Kelly's for a pint and to regroup. I was greeted by Marie behind the bar. Big beautiful smile and a personality to boot! She poured me an ice cold pint and we chatted it up without her missing a beat behind the bar. This place is an A++ Irish div
Yum! Food, service and prices are great. It's an older bar with plenty of seating indoors and some seating outdoors too. I tried the chicken tenders, burger, fries and tots. If you like tots, this is your place!! I've also had the fish and chips before and it's good too. Everything comes out fresh a
The place has no pretence. It is an Irish pub with a great bartender, and corned beef sandwich that is definitely worth trying. As tourists I definitely felt a locals only vibe, but folks were friendly, and the AC was on so we had a good time.
This bar near Union Station makes for a welcoming place for travelers but it's truly a locals bar at heart. The staff are what make this place great but the beer selection is solid and the food is very good too. Also, you can spend hours looking at all the various law enforcement patches.
This was a fun restaurant the food was decent and the portions were generous. The live music made the atmosphere festive. Our waitress provided us with good customer service.
I have attended this pub multiple times since 2006. The food and service is good. Typical Irish fare. The atmosphere during is legendary if you're a police officer and attend during National Police Week, as Kellys' is the go-to location to hangout.
The kitchen was closed and it was extremely busy but a fun place to be!! Lots of great people!!
Awesomely chill Irish pub. Great vibe. Right next to The Dubliner restaurant, but Kelly's serves some decent bar foods as well. Great selection of Irish whiskeys and Guinness was well-drawn. Not too pricey, which was refreshing for DC.
Why visit? Classic Irish pub. Still the same 30 years after I last set foot in here. Overall rating (10 point scale): 10 Cuisine: Didnt eat, but assume Irish pub food Ambience: authentic, felt like I was in Dublin Time of day: 10pm Wait time: NA Size of party: 1 Food quality: NA Best dish: Guinness
Was visiting Washington DC and I am glad that I found this place. Good food, music friendly stuff. Will come back again
Come here every time I visit DC. Good drinks, jukebox and good vibes. 10/10 every visit, must try the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
Now this is a bar! Hard to find a bar these days, especially in DC. I read that the Times is closing, which is why Dad and I went to say our goodbyes. A true DC staple. It'll be missed. On our visit we had a great snack and great drinks, served by a great staff. Thank you.
I came here for their stand-up comedy, which they do regularly on Thursdays. This takes place in their basement, which was dimly lit and underfurnished. The comedians had a small stool next to them as the audience was intimately seated in front of them. It's amateur stand-up, so they weren't the fun
