The food was amazing. We’re from South Carolina and know what good soul food is. The food is a 10/10. The meat was perfectly seasoned. The collards were so flavorful and the mac and cheese was just right. The staff was super pleasant. The place is pick up only. Which was fine. We highly recommend this place!

This is a must stop for us when we are on the road traveling from NJ to NC. We always order ahead and jump off the highway to pick up our dinner for the night. Our order is always prompt and correct, which I really appreciate. The servers are always nice and hospitable. The food is that down home comfort food that your grandma spends all Sunday preparing for you. I will always be a fan of this restaurant.

If you're wondering, NO! This is not a place to dine in, nor do they have a bathroom go to Ben's Chillys ,,Oohhs & Aahhs food is on point but a bit spicy which will make your nose run . The turkey wings, Macn cheese on point, beef ribs on point, and tender , Great staff.

This visit was for Sunday brunch. We ordered entrees and fixings for 5 (4 adults, 1 child), spent approx. $160, with beverages, desserts & tax incl. Little pricey but worth the money. Great food, customer service, and the music was popping while we waited for our order 👌🏾 They'll get you in and out with accuracy of your order, expeditiously. And your food will be theeee highlight of your day, trust 😂

10/10 from the moment you walk in.
Soon as you walk in you get the warmest greeting, our waiter Tye was amazing! I ordered the whiting, macaroni, collard greens & corn bread and it was all GREAT!! Overall a pretty nice experience! We’ll be back for sure!

Everything about this place was great...the food, the service, and the atmosphere. My family and I were visiting from out of town, found this black owned restaurant and we were not disappointed. The wings with BBQ sauce were delicious. The baked chicken was flavorful and so tender. The Mac and cheese was also very good. The collard greens had a great sweet and spicy flavor. We had a great time with each staff member....can't wait to go back!

Excellent food picked up for large family reunion. Creamy mashed potatoes, delicious Mac n cheese, tasty peach cobbler … the family members from Alabama and Ohio were impressed and delighted! Excellent service - the staff brought the large pans out to car at pick up time. Would recommend for large events or pick up for eat at home.

This food was sooo good. Perfect way to end my trip to DC. My catfish was fried fresh so that was a plus. Everything as flavorful and the strawberry lemonade was a must get. The plate + cornbread + lemonade was around $27.
The only thing was that they didn’t give me any napkins or forks in the bag. I wanted to eat it in the car right away. But luckily I had my own. 10/10 don’t over think just get it!

I am a visitor from Nashville, TN and from the moment I stepped in they were friendly, welcoming and warm! They all laughed and joked with me. I ordered a veggie plate and peach cobbler. It was delicious and I highly recommend!
