Daily Grill - Washington DC - Photo album

The Daily Grill was a random find- we were trying to find open brunch/lunch spots open in the DC area on a Sunday. It was a challenge but when we stumbled upon this spot, we were pleasantly surprised! Service was quick, food was delicious- I had the clam chowder and chicken pot pie! Really good! The
Very tasty food as we came here for a single course family dinner with two family friends. Great (huge in one instance) kids meals: a very sizeable fish and chips that was largely devoured (by our fussy eater!) and a much more modest pasta bowl also very well received. Adult mains (short rib, burger
Big chicken pot pie I shared with my wife. Very hot and fresh. Good taste. Had a nice pour on my double. Reasonable prices. Kids meal have drink and dessert for $10. Nicole, our waitress, made the difference between 4 and 5 stars! Great service Nicole. Thank you.
A very relaxed lunch with a delicious Turkey Club Sandwich and Sweet Potato Fries ($17). Probably not the best bet for a quick lunch, but I was very happy not to be rushed.
Nice restaurant, the waiter was great, but the kitchen was slow. There weren't many customers so the long wait to get our order was frustrating. I ordered the chicken pot pie. It was delish! I ordered a small and it was still big.
Delicious food and great service. Recommend the spicy shrimp and chicken pasta and the seared salmon! Ordered two dishes and I could tell that they were made to order and timed perfectly. Great chef in the back!!
Food was delicious. Service was very slow. Had the chicken picatta and a glass of wine. Food arrived almost an hour after we sat down.
Great food for a downtown business lunch. The burgers are huge and the food comes out pretty quickly. If you are there when Melvin can take care of you, it is a special treat.
Ate here a few times over a 6 day stay as it was between my hotel and the place I was visiting for work. Consistently good food and friendly staff. Went during rush hours and got quick service. We took the staffs recommendations on what to order and weren’t disappointed once. The Raspberry Bere
Sunday brunch ... nice sized servings and yummy! Great staff, hot well made food with something for everyone. They can customize for food issues ... my mimosa was made with pineapple juice as I'm allergic to orange. I'd recommend and return!
Service was good, Food was delicious, and prices are reasonable. I had the fish and chips with a side salad. My fiance had shrimp with a side of risotto. Everything was on point; risotto may be the best we ever had. Definitely recommend this place.
The food is the best and the service was amazing definitely come here if your looking for a good meal. The server was very kind and made sure we had what we needed
Good is okay. Help is fair. This place is just depressing. Location at 17th & P looks inviting. But once you are inside it is just big and empty. I've tried it a few times.
We were the first ones in the door when they opened at 11am and even after it got crowded our server was on-the-money. She was prompt, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Great spot.
