It was perfect! This place is a must try. All the food was great. The cake was a little dry. I think the cookies and cream cake would have been better than the cookie dough cake, so I’ll probably get that one next time.
Amazing spot to indulge in delicious, plant-based diner fare! I've come here for the weekend brunch a few times, and they truly never miss -- whether you're hankering for a seasonal fruit pancake, a vegan croissant (which is still wild to say), a fully plant-based meatball sub, or a vegan mac & chee
Breakfast was delicious. Certainly worth the trip. The portions are big and we should have definitely split a breakfast. Came on a Sunday- I got the benedict and my husband got the biscuits and gravy. Not a single complaint. WAY better than DC vegan-
Really tasty vegan food! And I was pleasantly surprised to find it’s not just diner/bar food. They have pasta, salads, tacos, soup… basically a good variety of different foods, plus really good looking pastries. The employees were friendly as well. Beware: the wine is from a tap! Best to stick with
Vegan restaurant and bakery with a great menu and an even better dessert menu. I had a daily special pasta filled with butternut squash and pesto sauce. It was delicious, soft, well seasoned and creamy. My husband had the Chickpeas Steak Platter. It was good, but It could use more seasoning. We a
Delicious. Visited last August, and I remember how welcoming the staff was (even though I arrived shortly before closing hour). The soup was so good, the burger was out of this world, and the carrot cake was better than expected. Highly recommend!! it was a little expensive, but probably because I h
Got the Italian sandwich, polenta fries, and chocolate egg creme. The Italian sandwich was a little dry but otherwise good. We didn’t realise from the paper menu that the sandwich came with fries until we were ordering on the screen, we would’ve ordered it without them if we could’ve however when th
Cute restaurant, nice vibe. Close to the train station and I walked instead of using Lyft. I like how everything is vegan, makes makes it a lot easier to order without questioning every item. I would like to try some other of the other things on the menu. The deserts looked great! My fries were good
Tried the polenta fries, vegan wings, mac and cheese, and chocolate egg cream. The mumbo flavored wings were interesting for a first timer. The chocolate egg cream was a good end to the meal. Appreciated the 100% vegan food, as a visitor to DC.
What an amazing 100% Vegan restaurant this is. The customer service was great. The lady who helped us (who I think is the owner or manager)was so nice and helpful, especially since I had so many questions. The food was great. Very flavorful. Besides 1 meal coming out cold, everything was great. Thei
5 stars for the chickpea tenders alone. 4 stars overall. I have never seen chickpea steak or tenders on a menu before, so I had to order it, and the texture was great. I will say there weren’t many options on the menu that interested me, the curry was my second choice. The brownie that I got was ju
Food was good. I had the blueberry pancakes. I loved the baklava cheese cake , but that chocolate chip cookie was THE BEST THING EVER CREATED!! I couldn't believe how soft it was to be vegan. I'll definitely stop by and get a cookie every time I'm in the area. Looking forward to trying more things
Wingz are amazing! I've never had seitan wing that weren't super dense and chewy. These were perfect and had a fried crust that was perfect. Buffalo sauce tasted like Frank's, which is great. Also had mumbo sauce. Got oyster calamari to go.
The ordering and paying process was effortless. You scan the QR code and you can view the menu and pay right there. FYI there's a 20% tip added to the bill for fair pay for the staff. So the portion sizes of the entrees were large! The biscuits in the biscuits and gravy dish were huge but a bit hard
Nice plant based diner in DC serving all day breakfast and dinner, brunch on weekends. Quick 10 min walk from Union Station. The staff were very nice and helpful. Food was great. Went with the buffalo seitan burger and pierogies entrees. I'd recommend for all vegan and plant based visiting the ar
Delicious food. Great vibes. Excellent service. Nice location. Highly recommend.
Cute, colorful and fun. I loved the atmosphere and the colors. The inclusiveness of the staff was so beautiful. I love how the food matched the vibes with its big portions, flavors and presentation. They spare no expense in pushing the envelope. I loved all of the food from the nachos, to the egg an
Delicious food and friendly service in a comfortable place. I only wish I had picked up some dessert.
Good vegan spot, many nice breakfast options all day. We came for reuben sandwich and seitan chicken wings. It was both delicious.
