Irish Channel is exactly what it intends to be - a nice Irish pub with sports, great Guinness on tap, wonderful for a drink before or after a game at Capital One or to come watch a big sporting event.

Loved this place! Great, friendly service. Wanted to go back before we left, but they were having a private event. Can't wait to go back on our next visit!

Fish and chips are amazing. Very Good. It’s a little expensive but that’s DC. Bartender gave fabulous service. Definitely come back next trip to DC.

Came to watch an Arsenal match at 11:30, the barman was very friendly and incredibly attentive throughout. I also had the breakfast burrito which was perfect for what I wanted and reasonably priced. Good pints, good location, and great staff. Definitely recommended to come to watch a match or just to have a few pints.

Are there twice. The Irish Stew and Fish and Chips are both excellent. I don't usually drink beer, but thought I should give it a try with the stew, so had a Guiness, which was delicious. Sat outside both times- that was very nice and got to enjoy the church bells chiming across the street. Service was friendly with perfect timing throughout the meal.

An amazing ambience, perfectly complemented by a flawless serving of Guiness and a good old delicious Shepherd's pie just topped of my Saturday evening visit to this place. This place has the perfect combination of a casual diner and "hole in the wall" vibes. One of my friends had a Moscow mule, which was great, too. Definitely recommend if you are in DC.

The food here is so damn good and hearty. I came here after a long day of museum hopping and was looking for come comfort. I found it in the form of a mimosa and a Guinness stew.

We stopped in on a whim and enjoyed most of our food. The shepherds pie was really good, Ruben was alright but probably not the best I’ve had. In all I think I would come back if I was in the neighborhood.

Great beer, location, service and food. What else is needed to have a great afternoon? Nothing else.
This bar has plenty of seating inside and outside. The Guinness was just right and the sandwiches were great. I highly recommend stopping by.

Had 4 different people serve us while we were there, which explains the gaps in service. Overall, they were friendly though.
Shepherd's Pie was very good! Fish part of the "fish and chips" was not crispy. Fries were decent.
Nachos looked good, and while I didn't eat them, the people that did seemed to enjoy them.
I did enjoy all the police patches along the walls.
