The Grist Mill - Washington DC - Photo album

We found this bar and restaurant at the bottom of our hotel. It was a hidden gem! We spent a lot of time with our bartender. I applied myself to try every cocktail on their cocktail menu. I didn't quite make it but the ones I had were really great. You really can't go wrong here.
My family arrived late to the hotel one evening, we were all famished after our long trip into the city. Our waiter and the kitchen stayed open a bit after last call for our family to get something to eat. We were very grateful. The waiter was very kind during the evening given the late hour and re
Food was really good. Limited options, but what they have they do well. However, service was bar none. We had amazing service every time we ate here. Ivy was the best at night. Servers were extremely nice and caring. Service is what made them 5 stars.
Wonderful service (Alix - very good server) and the food was fantastic! I had the salmon Caesar salad that was perfectly made. My husband had the Wagyu burger that was amazing….we will be back.
Food was tasty. Staff were excellent...thank you Alix. Chef came out to talk to guests.
The staff was great.the waitress was super friendly and met our every request. The head chef came out to check see how things were. He gave instructions on how to best reheat a dish. Super cool!
We had dinner here every night during our stay with a 2yo and 5yo and we all loved Ivy & Miguel! Miguel never let our water glasses run dry & Ivy made sure we were sat in the perfect spot and were well fed and taken care of. Thanks to all! My husband enjoyed his old fashioned and I enjoyed the cher
Great little bar at the hotel. I didn't eat here but the bartenders were very nice and did a very good job. I didn't enjoy the TTR (in house smoked old fashioned) but could tell that it was made with skill and passion. Only complaint is that I think I was overcharged for a beverage, but that's on me
Yeah, no complaints. The food was tasty. The bartender was on point. Gave the food 4 stars because the salad leaves were a little soggy. Probably because the dressing was applied earlier in the day during prep. Maybe put in a cup or something and let the customer apply.
Billed as new American but the entrees are French.... got the lorraine quiche which was the French style so very runny and wasn't seasoned. It just tasted like cream. The bacon was perfectly crisp and salty. Service was impeccable. I would give it another go and try the buffet next time
Super friendly and welcoming staff. We ordered an app and desserts - all delicious.
The bartender, ROBERT, treated us all extremely well this evening. Fantastic beverages and service. Made some custom beverages and took professional attention to detail. Outstanding!
The food was very good, but the service was great! Scottie was kind and available, and our waitress Nitporn cracked jokes and created a very friendly atmosphere. Patrick, the chef, came out to greet us personally so that we could compliment the food. It was New Year’s Eve, so I’m sure the restaurant
Wow. This is a Hilton Harden Inn Restaurant that definitely sticks out. Very friendly staff. And surprising food quality with a chef who comes to the tables to make sure things work perfectly well. This was a great nice treat and I have to say that you do not expect this quality in a Hilton Garden I
My time over here was short but it was great, i had a shot of scotch and Rose wine
Nice place inside the Hilton. The food was good, although it's a slightly limited menu. Our server was very nice as well. She was very friendly to our two small boys.
