Our favorite spot! Worth the drive from MD!
Carmel popcorn is the best people the best ice heaven YaDig
My boyfriend and I love the Thai tea ice cream and chocolate chip walnut cookies! So delicious!
This place is amazing. Fabulous, creative flavours and an enthusiastic staff that can't be beat. Well done all!
You know you have an ice cream addiction when you know the staff and owner lol...I love this place.
High quality ingredients, creative combos, and delicious, refreshing flavors... Ice Cream Jubilee is far and away the best ice cream in DC!
Best ice cream ever. Period. Unique and incredibly creative offerings make this the place to be for ice cream.
This ice cream is about as good as any I've ever had. The flavors are new and exciting, and the people are really friendly and know their ice cream. If I could, I would eat here every day!
Best ice cream ever. Please open a shop in my city!
Great ice cream and great Community Partner. Victoria opened her shop to Near Southeast Community Partners and provided our Anacostia River cruise group with an assortment of wonderful ice cream and a tour of the shop.
Ice Cream Jubilee is a supporter of a clean river and NSCP. We welcome her to the community and will be frequent customers!
Thank you!
Ice Cream Jubilee is THE BEST! I love all the flavors, especially Caramel Popcorn, and Cookies and Cookie Dough. I'm always telling my friends to go here - you should too!!!
Had a great first visit. Awesome flavors. We will be back.
We're definitely going back. I hope this place makes it! Looking forward to many delicious surprises!
Thanks for the 10% discount for BUZZUTO residents - much appreciated!
Best ice cream spot in Navy Yard. Their flavors are unique and really well balanced. There are options that are dairy free which excited my guest who is lactose intolerant. I wasn't planning on getting anything but when I sampled the honey lavender (which I actually get every time) I just couldn't resist and got couple of scoops :) I also love the guava passion fruit sorbet. Most of the ice creams are good.... Rarely have I tried anything that disappointed me!
There's a bit of a wait in nicer days. It gets crowded because they have limited staff. I believe only two or three people. But it's really well worth the wait.
My only suggestion to management would be to allow customers who want to purchase ready packaged ice cream to do so without having to wait in line. A lot of times I turned away cause I didn't want to wait.
Flavors galore! With huge, homemade tubs, you will find something that suits your taste. This venue is perfectly situated along the water in a beautiful section of the city. I had tried a berry with graham cracker ice cream that was a little weak in flavor. The only reason for 4 stars is that when I was eating my delicious cookie and ice cream, I found myself crunching on froze ice crystals. It took away from enjoying the cream. I also ordered mint chocolate chip but received chocolate chip - if it wasn't a mix up, then the mint was exceptionally weak. Even so, I would definitely drop in again to enjoy the ice cream!
I had a wonderful experience visiting the ice cream shop today. I went in on an extremely hot day with my children and was not expecting much customer care. Despite my low expectations, the staff were engaging, patient and very friendly in helping my family and I choose flavors. I personally asked for the staffs names because I want the management and them to know that I appreciate them going over and beyond to provide customer service. Daisha, Kayla and Matt you all deserve a round of applause.
Ice Cream Jubilee just released five new fall flavors. They are Pumpkin Honeycomb, Maple Rye Pecan, Apple Butter Oatmeal Cookie, Cardamom Black Pepper and the Apple Cider Sorbet.
I was digging the Apple Cider Sorbet which is spiced with classic apple cider, cinnamon and other earthy spices. I can’t wait to sit down by a fire pit and nosh on the whole pint.
Good little neighborhood ice cream shop. Fun flavors. Don’t have many vegan options so can be limiting. All seating is outside.
Any place that has vegan menu options for ice cream is already winning in my book but this horchata ice cream was sooo good. It was cold outside but I still ate it like it was a hot summer day. The shop is adorable and was very clean.
My one complaint is that the service was lackluster. She looked like she wanted to be anywhere but where she was.
There's a line here for a very good reason...INCREDIBLE ICE CREAM! So don't let the line discourage you. It moves fast...and the ice cream is worth the wait. Great - and unique - flavors. I got Banana Bourbon Carmel...and, wow! Incredible! Generous scoops, Sundae options available, and fantastic cones. You deserve to visit Jubilee!
It’s our local fav ice cream shoppe. Many unique flavors with dc inspired names. My personal favorite is a warm choco chip cookie with choco choco ice cream and hot fudge, caramel and whipped cream on top. 🍦🤤 Get a sundae here and enjoy walking the riverfront!
A delightful shop with interesting and enticing flavors! I opted for the apple butter oatmeal cookie which had true apple butter flavor, not overtly sweet, and the oatmeal cookie pieces gave it texture it needed. Plus having a small portion size available that wasn’t just for kids is awesome for those, like myself, just wanting a small sweet treat. Hope to visit again and try more flavors!
On a trip from DC and came to this ice cream shop near my hotel. Aisha was my ice cream server and she was working all by herself for the holiday weekend! She’s very sweet and attentive and was very patient with the family party that arrived with me. Aisha was the cherry topper to my ice cream and added to my positive experience in DC. If you’re gonna go to Jubilee, go to this one for great service and a nice ambience by the waters!
This is a great ice cream shop to stop at while visiting the Navy Yard! The marionberry was tasty but wish it had a little more flavor! Service was great and the shop had a very clean atmosphere. We sat outside on the picnic tables and enjoyed the scenery!
This was heaven in a cup! I tried the burning banana caramel & pralines n cream on a vanilla waffle cone. Omg!!!! My taste buds are in heaven.
Love their vegan selection of seasonal flavors! I love that they have non dairy options besides a sorbet, all their flavors are so delicious! Staff is always friendly and a clean space.
Great ice cream at a nice open area close to the waterfront.
I two scoops of strawberry no cone my friend had two scoops of amaretto with a sugar cone . It was delicious. We paid $25 kinda pricey. We sat outside in front. Nice vibe.
I love Thai Tea flavor. It is really originally taste! My friend got Cuppa Joe, coffee smell so outstanding and creamy in the end. BTW waffles are so scented all over the shop.
I was really disappointed in this location. The only vegan option was a sorbet, and the server wasn't very friendly when I asked about options. It's been a while since I went to the T street location, where there was always a few different vegan options. So I'm not sure if this was the usual at the Yards location. That said, I do appreciate that there's a large patio that's dog friendly, and there's also a lot of shade from the sun. The non vegans I was with loved their ice cream!
What a treat! The ice cream was delicious!! 🤤 The Banana Bourbon Caramel was an amazing flavor blend of banana bread and ice cream. Not sure how they did that. So creamy! My husband said, “The greatest ice cream I’ve ever had!”
The Marion Berry was also great! It was less sweet but the chunks of jam and graham cracker were like jam tarts in ice cream! Not too chunky though.
Oh and if you aren’t in to ice cream (not sure why you wouldn’t 😆) the chocolate chip walnut cookie was equally as satisfying as the ice cream!
Oh and if you just want some plain good vanilla, the vanilla with sprinkles was a big hit for the Littles!
