La Tasca - Washington DC - Photo album

We arrived during happy hour and the food was very good. Patatas bravas and chorizo were very good. Ended my meal with a delicious cappuccino. Waiter was very attentive and kind. The environment was great because they had good music in the background but low enough that you don't need to scream acro
Visiting family in DC, my sister Cathy took us here for lunch. She suggested getting small plates so that we could try a variety of dishes. The roasted beets where my favorite.
Spanish-style tapas (appetizers). My friends and I decided to go with the unlimited tapas for $39 because we realized we'd be spending about the same amount anyway. I enjoyed trying so many flavours. Had the octopus, eggplant, and lots of other things. You honestly can't go wrong with any of the cho
The tapas were absolutely divine. The salad with the shrimp was so fresh, light and delicious. The food was well seasoned.
Fun Place to go before a concert! Service was excellent, tapas dishes were between OK and really good. Enjoyed the enpanadas most but also the ahi tuna. Location near the Capital One Arena.
We did the paella cooking class at la tasca for my friends birthday and it was a blast! A ton of food and drink is included, and they’ll make you a personal vegetarian paella if you let them know when you make the reservation! Delicious!
Recently are here with done local friends when we visited D.C. tapas are great for having some of a bit off everything, having some sangria, and chatting with good friends.
Cool place, have great game night specials. Some food is a bit oily and fatty, but the rest is pretty good.
Lived in Southern Spain for three years, and I can happily say this place has authentic Spanish Tapas. Their Jamon is Serano rather than Iberico, but still outstanding.
We tried empanada, anchovies, salmon, paella 🥘, creme brulee and mango de leche and all were excellent.

Nice spanish food. Lots of variety. A bit upscale.
Very nice restaurant, with lovely service. We tried five different dishes, and would have tried more but were pleasantly full. Interesting selections of Sangria. Particularly like the bacon wrapped dates, and the calamari. Only question - why five of each tapas? Makes sharing between the two of
Went here for a work dinner. Really awesome experience. It's all Tapas and small plates meant to share. It's kind of pricey but worth the experience. The location is awesome also it's right next to the Capital One Center in DC. The paella is awesome as well as the calamari. Have flan for dessert! De
Great sangria and wine selections. Good tapas options. Decent prices. Fairly large place, so ideal for large groups. Great happy hour price and end time (till 7pm ET, which is awesome!). Casual setting. Vegetarian options. Good location (China town).
