Great service and excellent food at reasonable prices right in the Georgetown waterfront. We started out with steamed shrimp dumplings, the chili wontons, and the grilled tiger beef salad - everything was delicious. The wontons had a nice spicy kick per their three star heat rating. For mains we had the Green Curry Chicken and the Chicken Basil Kapow. Both were spicy, flavorful and well balanced. Bangkok Joe's is definitely worth a visit- especially for the dumplings! The meal above plus a No Ordinary OJ drink, a craft beer, and a sparkling water was $100 even with tax and before tip.

Happy Hour is GREAT!!! So I ended up trying this place from doing DoorDash. I will have to say each menu item (for happy hour) is no more than $12. However the appetizers are about 5-6$ each with a good bite size portion!!!! It’s a great opportunity to try the foods and even come back for dinner which I saw the dinner menu that wasn’t expensive at all either so it’s pretty easy on the pockets… The service was great everyone was friendly and the drinks from the bar were fantastic!!! Everything was fresh and made to order and it’s a great location the only downside is parking which I had to pay $15 for since it was a weekday. However I will be back and this is definitely a place to try if you are on a budget and want some great CHIC Thai food on a budget!!!

I just had to leave a review, the food was that yummy & fresh! Best panang curry I’ve had in the area, and the spring rolls were so fun. As a vegan I was so happy to have a dish with an abundant array of veggies & not just a few swimming around in a bunch of sauce like at some places. The staff was so sweet & accommodating for us also with our baby. Portions are great & reflect price perfectly. So satisfying. Will literally come here every time I’m in Georgetown ♡

I visited Bangkok Joe’s with my sister for her birthday. It was a pretty hot day outside but we decided to sit outside because it was shaded and windy. We ordered Veggie Spring rolls, Sriracha Thai Wings and Beef Gyoza for appetizers. Are waiter was spot on on everything we ordered. For drinks we had The “I got into bed last night” and “everything about me changed”. My favorite was the “everything about me changed”. For the Entrées I had the General Tso noodles with fried chicken. My sister got drunken noodles. Great experience with service and food.

The place is beautiful and the food delicious. They have an affordable lunch menu starting at 10.99 including one entry. I had brought my family from Texas to this restaurant and they were happy including the kids. I left some photos of the menu for you to see. The food was delicious that I forget to leave you photos of the food that we eat. I recommend also the desserts the kids were happy with that.

Great food and location with a couple of outdoor seating arrangements. Crispy chive dumplings were my favorite. Mushroom & ginger dumplings were tasty too. The green & panang curries were wonderful. I took away one star for the service…. For it was slow, it was a Saturday evening!

The location is fantastic at GeorgeTown. Easy access and parking is very close. The food was delicious. However the service was slow. If you order draft beer, that usually should come within minutes but it took us 20min and a reminder to get the beer! Perhaps the weekend rush? But I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will visit again. The entire area is worth a visit!

We went for a birthday dinner, and it was a small and cozy atmosphere. The drinks were really good. It was a little bit of a wait for the drinks but they were tasty. We had the 75th, I Got Into Bed Last Night, and Left My Heart In Japan (my favorite - the wasabi salt rim was unique and added a nice touch). For the food, the wait time was much shorter. We had the beef sirloin fried rice, teriyaki salmon and general tso’s chicken. And the dumplings! HEAVENLY. We had the pork n crab shu mai, beef gyoza, steamed shrimp dumpling and the crispy chive dumpling. The crispy chive and steamed shrimp were our top picks!

Yummy food, pretty good prices. We really enjoyed the spring rolls, they were long and presented like breadsticks! 😮 The gyoza beef dumplings were also very tasty. I had the green curry, and I was surprised how large the portions are. Could have been a bit spicier though. The best part of the menu, though, we’re the drinks. The tamarindo picante was a great balance spicy and sour. The sky above sand below drink was so so great - pineapple, mango, and brown sugar. Our waitress was sweet but it seemed like the restaurant was a bit understaffed, it took quite a while to get drinks, extra silverware, etc.
