Classic brunch spot with a nice variety of options but wasn’t too memorable. I wanted to like the dishes more - waffles were nice and crispy but toppings made it overly sweet. We got a cornbread waffle too which was good but not a wow. Overall felt like this was maybe just a step up from a good home

I enjoyed the brunch at Belga cafe. I love the chicken and waffle. The Nutella and banana crepe was really sweet but very tasty. I only wish the Mexican corn bread waffle was crispier and less soft to eat.
Literally everything I've had here has been AMAZING! The portions are filling and the balance of flavor is perfection. "Sweet" dishes are not overwhelming sweet (good European food) and the vibe is immaculate. It definitely feels like a European cafe. Be forewarned that you should have a reservation
Went on a Saturday for brunch. We booked a reservation for two, but if we didn’t make a reservation, we still could have been seated as walk-in without a wait. The food and service was great. Decent portion sized meals, but a bit pricey.
Belgian Cafe experience. Interesting menu that is different from most brunch places. Rabbit hash browns and rabbit cocktail is featured. Do not slip on the cinnamon waffle though.
Loved the coziness of the outdoor greenhouse seating. They had a portable heater inside just to make sure you’re warm!
I highly recommend the Hot Chocolate with Irish Cream on a cold day. Just makes everything perfect. Food was absolutely delicious. Service was amazing.

Fantastic experience for our anniversary. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and food was delicious. Great mussels special (mussels and fries for $23) and the three-course dinner special. Escargot, scallops and risotto, steak - all very delicious.
The Belga is my favorite spot on Capitol Hill. The staff is outstanding and Chef Bart is a culinary expert. I love the classic mussels and frites (with an order of fresh baked bread and butter). The bartender makes the best cocktails. You will love it too! Cheers! 🥂
