This place was phenomenal. The service was excellent and the bone end rib eye steak just melted in my mouth. Well worth the price I paid for it. I highly recommend this fine establishment.
Bobby Vans Grille is AMAZING! The service was perfect and the food was to die for. I had the Dry Aged Burger with fries and onion straws. This is the only place I've ever been that cooks it to the desired temp, they cooked my burger medium perfectly! No burger will come close to what I ate tonight. For dessert I had the bread pudding and it was delicious! Best bread pudding ever, and it was flambéed in front of us. Staff was very nice and helpful. Couldn't have asked for anything to be different. Thank you Bobby Vans, Lee, and Victor for a fantastic evening!
I was there for a group gathering and had the Filet on Toast. A meal in itself. Food, drink and ambience were great. Highly recommend it.
The food was delicious and the service of the staff was superb! They made us feel special and we laughed with them all evening. Thanks again!
Great service GREAT food!!
Highly recommend. Good draft beers also
My favorite place to dine. The best steaks in the DMV.
The food is incredible and the service was extremely welcoming. This is one of my favorite eateries. This is an excellent place for business or casual dining.
I've been several times. The service, staff, drinks, and food are always great. The Cajun ribeye is excellent. I had the Oscar this time; ridiculously good!✌️✌️
Recommend by concierge at our hotel. Food was wonderful and service was even better.
The chicken picatta an dry aged burger where delicious great night!!!
It was SO good. Literally the best filet mignon I’ve ever had!
This was the first place I stopped into to eat on my first night in DC. Great music in the background and great food. Great service too. I had shrimp over rice with veggies. It was delicious. My mom had the burger and fries. My said hers was also fantastic. Thanks for delicious meals.
This is a nice restaurant on the higher end. I had some difficulties at the beginning in having the waiters understand I needed a gluten-free dish (they brought me twice normal bread i sent away). They had day specials but I didn't dare. Eventually I had a home salad as appetizer, a seabass with shrimp, risotto and beurre blanc sauce, and a sorbet. The salad was rich and the small tomatoes were firm. The seabass was also very good. The sorbets (coconut and mango) were good but not pure (fruit, sugar and water), there was clearly something else. I investigated with the waiter but no avail. Except that service was good and welcoming. One liter of San Pellegrino which came with lime wedges (plus). All together 115$ including tip.
For our anniversary- We had a wonderful experience. Food was delicious, we were served complimentary champagne glasses to toast for the occasion and complimentary dessert. And to top it off, Mike our server was amazing. Very natural person with a beautiful sense of humor. He made me laugh so much
Definitely will be back
My husband and I are celebrating our 2yr anniversary, and he made us reservations. This was our first visit & we loved it. We will definitely be returning. I am looking forward to celebrating my birthday here in May.
Wonderful time at our company holiday party. Staff were fantastic. My only complaint was we had a seafood tower as a part of our preorder menu and it wasn't provided. The receipt was adjusted with no problem but I would have really loved to try it. Other food and appetizers were amazing.
Had the Fillet Duo. Two of the tastiest filets I have ever had. Our server, Michael, was top notch. This is not "going out to dinner", this is a DINING EXPERIENCE"!!
This is a must go to spot in DC. The service, the steak, the sides, phenomenal! The mac & cheese was out of this world, and Víctor, our server had such care and attention with our table. I’d also recommend the dry-aged ribeye! Great place for celebrations, date night, or business dinner.
My first visit to this establishment was a party of two for a special Valentine's Day Menu. The maitre d' was kind and had a full smile, she promptly asked if they could take our coats followed by a swift pass to our waiter for seating. The ambience is nice, an open dining room concept allowing you to view most of the dining room. The lights are dimmed and give a candlelight style vibe which was nice. Service for the table was spot on, the waiter was amazing, giving great wine recommendations and proper service the entire night. I started with the bang bang shrimp appetizer which was honestly, the best I've had (definitely better than Bonefish). The flavor was rich and texture was a bit more creamy with a larger shrimp size than most places serving the same app. The main course of Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass was cooked well, the firm texture of the fish went well with the sundried tomato risotto. The mac and cheese was lackluster, it had a great velvety cheese texture but lacked the sharpness I think defines a "good" mac. The cheeses chosen were too mild in my opinion. The creamed spinach was good. The Lemon Crunch Cake dessert was darn tasty, not too acidic or lemony but well balanced, not a great deal of crunch but the flavors coming from the dish outshine the need for "crunch". Great overall experience, I would recommend going when it is not so crowded to truly enjoy your experience (some tables may be a bit close to other guest, but this is to be expected during a holiday/high volume day)
The bang bang shrimp is bangin, as advertised. The bartenders are amazing and I can’t recommend this place enough. Everything they make they knock out of the park. I split an entree with my friend and the portions were fantastic. Not pictured: the delicious bread we got as an appetizer-appetizer.
Highly recommend, great service and amazing food. Most try the lamb chops.
