As a millenial who does brunch pretty frequently, this was honestly one of the best brunches I've ever been too. The staff was beyond friendly and polite. They did an excellent job of recommending specific dishes and the right number of plates for our party. The food was among the best brunch meals I've ever had. The drink options were plenty. For $40 and having bottomless drinks and food easily worth it. I would have paid much more for the quality and service we received. Even the pics I'm posting don't do the presentation justice.

Kapnos has great service and a packed but fun atmosphere. They have a great menu of really tasty Mediterranean dishes, and while I do think the portions are a little bit on the small side for the price, it's still delicious. They have great looking food and it taste just as good. It's a great spot to drop by for brunch as well, all you can drink mimosas in the morning for a reasonable price. I love coming here for the lamb and homemade harissa.

Very nice greek restaurant in Northwest D.C. The food was flavorful - we shared the mixed grill to sample a selection of meats. The alcoholic drinks were a little too pricey for what they were; but if you go already knowing that, you are fine. My dessert was well presented and struck the perfect note between sweet and too sweet.

Party of 2 - Dinner - Amazing Started with Pikilia which is a sample of 3 spreads, We ordered the hummus, Tzatziki and the melitzanosalata (Smoked eggplant). We followed with the kolokithokeftedes (zuchini fritters), grilled baby broccoli, Dolmades (stuffed grape leaves), Spanikopita and finished with the Aegina Shrimp,. EVERYTHING was Superb. Service was very good, nice atmosphere, Hip, and not too loud. This is my new "go to" for Greek food. "All in" including 2 glasses of wine and tip $135.00

Went for brunch and the food was pretty good overall. We had the eggplant spread, the shakshuka, a cheese dish, and the chickpea fries which are pictured. The fries were great although the food was on the safe side in the flavor area. Still good, but Ancient Rivers is a block away and better for Mediterranean food in my opinion.

Top 3 Mediterranean fine dining restaurants in the city. Love the food. They know how to cook goat and lamb which is the cornerstone of great Mediterranean food. Highly recommend.

Great all around. I have in laws from Greece and was looking for an authentic Greek restaurant for Mothers Day. Kapnos was perfect. The food was simply amazing. Service is super important to me and Kapnos' staff was excellent. Our waitress was on point and so friendly, as was the hostess. Couldnt recommend more!
