I was looking for a local consultant but just the look of the website turned me off.
So I left this terrible review 5 months ago and I have no idea why. I apologize to Mr. Caster. Yes, the website needed to be updated but as a fellow industry professional, it was harsh. The website has since been updated and the services offered are much needed in this industry. If you are an owner or thinking of opening a place, seek what ever help you can get. It’s a tough business. Also take these reviews with a grain of salt. A lot of the time they are done in the heat of a moment and never corrected. Most small business owners are just trying to make a living or in Caster’s case, helping others be successful.
We have Richard train our kitchen staff every year he is pleasant has great stories and makes otherwise dry material interesting.
