Surprisingly good donuts! I’m not sure why people are complaining about the service, I was treated nicely and received my food extremely quickly.

The woman working at this Honey Dew on Jefferson Blvd in Warwick was EXTREMELY RUDE!! I will never go back there!! I asked for a small blue freeze which they have at every other honey dew i go to and she made some other drink. When i told her that wasn't what I asked for she said "well i don't know what you're talking about. The other girl who works here makes up her own drinks"!. I then told her that we just got this drink at the other honey dew on warwick ave and her response was "i don't know what to tell you. Every honey dew is different"! Well that's news to me. I thought honey dew was a franchise which would mean they all have the same drink/food options just like Dunkin donuts does!! Extremely rude and arrogant to the point of never returning there again. Totally disgusting customer service. Better yet, disgusting way to speak to another person in general. She'd be fired in an instant if she worked for me!!

Horrible customer service. Lady in drive thru was rude. I asked for a large and received a med ice coffee, which is fine really. Was gonna ask for some napkins, but she slammed the window and walked away and then she hid in the back until we left the drive thru. Thanks. Wish I knew her name so I could leave it here.
