They close early and the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Most of the employees look like chickens running around with their heads cut off with no clue what they are supposed to me doing. And when one of them finally makes eye contact its like they couldn't be more bothered by the fact that you would like to order food.

I keep giving you guys a chance because in the past the food has been great with good service but the business has seemingly removed 80% of what I liked to order (or made it so ridiculously expensive and confusing for the employees to even understand what I’m asking for). On top of that, whenever I DO give them a chance because, “maybe it’ll be better this time”, they repeatedly mess up my order. It’s never anyone else’s food that I’m also ordering; it’s always the items I’ve ordered. I had a mobile order for a steak nacho fries tray and they gave me a burrito. I’ve repeatedly asked for no sour cream and they somehow manage to put sour cream on top of literally every other topping, making it impossible to “just scrape it off”. I’m tired of wasting my time and money. I refuse to stop here anymore. Their only saving grace for me was their breakfast Crunchwrap but the quality of that item has noticeably gone downhill for me, so that’s no longer worth it.
