Frost Diner

CASH ONLY!! There is an ATM in the entrance if you forget to bring some. The atmosphere is classic diner with barstools at a counter and booths around the front. The food was good at a very reasonable price. The only complaint was the steak was very gristly but the cook was just how I wanted it. The service was good and drinks were refreshed without asking. We will certainly visit again.

This is classic down home cooking. The atmosphere is very traditional fortie/fifties rail-car diner with a long counter and several booths all of it well lit and bustling as the staff busily prepares basic but delicious meals in short-order fashion. The staff is down-home polite and purposeful, keen on keeping your cup filled and delivering a hot meal quickly. It's a cash-only establishment but there's an ATM just inside the door. Try their grits for an over-the-top southern treat. Their biscuits and gravy are to die for and they make a mean omelet too! The place has a great feel to it. You'll want to linger!

Ambience: 4/5 , Food: 4/5 , Customer Service: 5/5 , Convenience : 5/5 A very nice diner in Warrenton especially if you're driving back from Shenandoah. It is open 24/7 on Fridays and Saturdays (as of today). Food wise it has all the essentials, the food served is warm, presentable and certainly satisfies your taste buds. The ambience is comfortable enough to enjoy a peaceful meal. The customer service is great, staff is nice and polite and let you enjoy your meal and have a pleasant time. Although there's always room to improve the menu and add a special touch to make it a 5 star experience in any place, this diner checks boxes on all the essentials that you look for when picking a place to eat when your stomach is growling. Do give this place a visit if you're hungry and passing through Warrenton.
