I have had this little cafe flagged on my want to go places for years and finally had the chance to drop by they had a special for a fried green tomato blt with sweet potato fries!!! I’ve never had fried green tomatoes but on a blt was HEAVENLY!! I will come back!

Stopped here for dinner on 2.22.22 and I must say I was disappointed. I am one who loves to try new places and this one looked liked a cozy mom and pop type of place I would like. The food was good and with large proportions. You get your money's worth. I had the meat loaf. However the service was horrible! I was seated given my drink and food and never saw the waitress again. No refill again very disappointed in the service. I even had to stop another server and ask for my check. I will most likely not be back. This place left a bad impression on me sorry.

The CINNAMON BUNS are definitely homemade! The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. The restaurant was beautiful and well kept. The food was delicious and well prepared. I’m more of a breakfast person but dinner is also very tasty. Lots of available parking. Not many gluten-free options for my gluten intolerant friends.

Great appetizer sampler platter! But then...the dinner entrees were not good (country fried steak had zero flavor and the fish fry was undercooked). Good server though. I hear breakfast is better.

Love this place. Especially Tuesday evening for Dine-In. Half price Burgers.
All of the Burgers are excellent quality meat. Cooked to perfection. Fresh onions tomatoes, lettuce and fried potatoes.

The breakfast lasagna was amazing, perfect combination of eggs, sausage, pancakes and cheese. Comes with a side of syrup for the lasagna. The chicken from the chicken and waffles was delicious just by itself. Service was quick and the wait staff was friendly. Will definitely eat here again when In the area.

A great roadside diner along Rt29 in VA. Excellent food each of the couple of times I've been there. Great service. Excellent breakfast and lunch Menu. And what appears to be a good choice of dinner menu as well. I have not had dinner there yet.

Revisited recently and needed to wait for a table. Unfortunately the hostess took down my phone number wrong which led to a longer wait to be seated.
Staff is still pleasant but they seem to be suffering from a training or other related issue. I have encountered this at other restaurants. The staff is not focused on what the customer is asking and as such the order is not brought correctly to the table.
With costs rising and other options available it might not be a place we go back to. Milk for my coffee was a full $2.25.
