The food here is phenomenal! The first time we went to Sibbys, we were a party of 8 and we ordered 6 different entrees (two sets of duplicates). My point is that we tried a good portion of the menu and everyone loved what they ordered! I had the ribs and didn't even get my fingers dirty! They were meaty and fall off the bone tender!
I also had a salad and Mac and cheese. The salad was large and very fresh. The Mac and cheese was delicious, not soggy and overcooked.
The wait staff was wonderful and attentive. Sibby actually waited on us the second time we visited. It's a small place and pretty basic, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

Extra crispy smoked hot wings, tender fall-off-the-bone ribs with hot sauce, tasty collard greens...these are a few of my favorite things from Sibby's. Sibby asking how my son is doing, because she hasn't seen him in a couple of weeks and bringing us unsweetened ice tea with a lemon because she knows exactly what we like. Yes, we are regulars. This is that down home country place that comes to you in your dreams. The food and the people give you the feeling that you are home and there is no place like home. If you haven't dined here yet, you are denying yourself the pleasure of experiencing what it's like to live in small town USA. Simply the best Warrenton has to offer.
I had an errand to run in old town and caught a faint smell so good I had to follow it. I was with my fiancé who thought it was amusing that I stopped listening to whatever it was she was talking about and started walking in a different direction. I led her to Sibby's, just to check out the menu... The woman who greeted us could tell I was craving to try the source of the amazing aroma that had led me there, and gave us a small amount to try with some sauce and we were hooked. We ended up ordering pork and beef brisket with some sides and EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! You can tell when a place is run by people who are passionate about their food because you can taste the love, and the love was falling oh so tenderly off the bone. I cannot recommend this place enough. But then again, I don't have to, because all of Warrenton is. Thanks guys! We'll be back!
The wife and I have been wanting to try this place for a while after seeing all the reviews and they didn't disappoint. The spicy sauce was amazing to go with my ribs that had meat just falling off the bone as well as the pulled pork and brisket! We will definitely going back soon!
If passing by or through Warrenton, this is the place to stop for lunch or dinner. Just off Main Street, we checked Yelp before going in and found a good number of positive reviews. Let me add one more. Be prepared for really good barbecue that you can smell a block away. While my wife had a delicious chicken salad, I had the smoked beef brisket sub. Fantastic. Sliced so thin and so tender, I hardly needed a knife. Very generous portions served promptly and friendly. Will revisit next time I'm in the area.
Absolutely the best ribs!!! Cornbread is to die for-yum! Bread pudding is scrumptious! Nicest people that own this place. We love going there and taking our friends and family there for a delicious meal. Thank you Sibby's!!! You are the best! Yummy!!!!

Second time to eat there....the mac n cheese, ribs, collard greens, mashed sweet potatoes and sweet tea are the best. Wish they would move to Arkansas.
Our first visit to Sibby's yesterday and it won't be our last. Excellent food and service. Loved the collard greens with homemade pepper sauce. We had pulled pork, brisket and fried chicken and everyone loved their meals.
I had the beef brisket and it was excellent. My lunch partner had the pulled pork and
the crab mac & cheese. He thought it was excellent as well.
Best restaurant in Virginia. Not an exaggeration. Everyone I bring there says so. Get the ribs. Get the pork. Get the brisket. Drink the sweet tea. Come back for dinner and do it again.

Small, quaint little lounge a small town. My family went there after church. One of the best soul food spots I've been to. Catfish and ribs are to die for. The sides are good. I ate corn bread like it was dessert! Can't wait to go back!

Casual and fast dining experience and delicious entrees with both the pulled pork and brisket. Side dishes were delicious too and generous portions for the price. Definitely worth going back over and over
This was third time that I have eaten at this reasturaunt and bust as always, they never fail to impress. I had ordered a half rack of rib with a side of potatoes and collard greens . And all meals come with a complentary side of corn bread. The potatoes were buttery and smooth. The greens, while a little salty, were very tender. And the ribs themselves were smoked to perfection; the meat falling off of the bone. I will continue to give this place business so long as they are open.

Memorial Day worthy! We moved here 2 years ago from Columbia SC and this meets high BBQ standards. Staff is hospitable, friendly, knowledgeable about menu. Service was great, food is amazing. My husband got the brisket and I got pulled pork. We shared. Both were very good flavor, sauce was excellent. Not overly sweet. My only suggestion would be add a mustard based sauce. Cole slaw was the same, not overly sweet with fresh flavor and potato salad was creamy and chunky-fresh. The price is a great value and not too expensive. We have found our BBQ fix. The restaurant isn't upscale, but they have nice vintage theme and it's very clean. They also had a TV with sports channel. very nice Sunday dinner environment.
We went to this place with a group of almost 20 for a birthday. The waitress was amazing. She did great job keeping our glasses full. She brought out our food as it was done, which meant that everything was hot and cooked well. The ribs were really good but the sauce needed a little salt. The pulled pork was well smoked but very plain without sauce. The beef brisket was great with a nice outside crust and a beautiful secondary ring of smoke. It was great food overall. I am a little spoiled by living in southern Georgia.
Good BBQ and then some. We had pulled pork, ribs, brisket and catfish. Very friendly staff. In the historic district of Warrenton. Small and cozy atmosphere and not busy at all for a Saturday evening. Ask for the potato salad which is not on the menu and only made occasionally. We happened to hear some regulars ask for it and inquired. Well worth it. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the facility itself. Not sure if it was the old historic district feel or just the BBQ environment itself but it looked like it could have been a little cleaner.
Never really had BBQ from the south before but I suspect that the owners and operators of Sibby's totally know how to do their southern BBQ. They look the part and they don't rush. Take a look around and you can see that the customers have been here before and will keep coming back for more and more until they are old and infirm.. well, you get the idea.
Authentic, personable, friendly, traditional, as home cooking as you could ever wish for and the furthest thing from fast food you can imagine.
Waiting was worth it.
Looking for the location was worth it.
The prices were more than reasonable too.
