I dont get some of the bad reviews because we've never had a bad experience here. They are experiencing staff shortages yes but they are doing the best they can. Their "now hiring" signs are hilarious btw lol. I added a picture of a couple of them. I'm not sure the names of the employees who were working this evening but one of them was in training. Even though he got a little lost at times, the customer service was still great and you can tell he was trying really hard. Whoever was training him was also very friendly. You can tell they were overworked but their attitudes were great and the food was above average, very generous with their toppings :) If you can, why not tell them thank you and leave a tip next time you visit? I'm sure they would really appreciate it :)
Only one poor girl working in store. Store looked dirty windows inside and out. No cold beverages of any kind and no money in store so you could not get change to give a cash tip not the fault of the employee working also out of guacamole !
I have never gotten sick eating here. That says a lot for subway.
Staff is friendly, hygienic, and quick with order delivery.

Ive had mixed experiences here. They tend to be understaffed or struggling in one way or another like being out of a lot of product. So far each time the person behind the counter has taken as good of care for us as they can. That means a lot in my book. Treat them with kindness even if its an inconvenience to you. It really is out of their control.
After getting horrible service at the subway, a mile down the road I decided to try again, and I stopped in at this one. Great employees and a great sandwich. Be sure to pick this one and not the one down the road.
I wouldn’t normally right a review for a chain restaurant like this, but oh my goodness! The older gentlemen you have working behind the counter is deserving of a great review! He was so friendly, considerate, and really took the time to make our sandwiches with love. They were out of a few things, and I could tell it really bothered him to not be able to give his customers exactly what they wanted. But his positive attitude made up for any missing ingredients. He just wanted happy customers, and to make sure we had a great rest of our day. I couldn’t have asked for a better lunch experience. Thank you so much for making our day this much better!
The poor sandwich guy who's doing all this by himself during a busy day has no help and I find out he he doesn't even have a tip jar because the manager took it away if that's the way you're going to treat your employees I'm surprised you have employees to have him do all this work plus side work plus doordash plus everything else with no backup oh my God he better be picking 20 bucks an hour. I cannot believe anyone would do this and expect their business to thrive if they're doing that poorly they're better off closing instead of just torturing what employees they can get to stay. On top of that they keep running out of what should it be standard stock onions tomatoes things like that that doesn't go on the employees that goes on the management if I were the owner I take a serious look at how this store is running and reshape the s***.

I usually don't write reviews, but my experience here today warrants a review i think. My kids and I went to grab a quick bite before heading home after doing some shopping today. There were 2 young men working and there was a huge line of people, at least 2 people per group. The young men kept upbeat, positive attitudes and would engaged with the customers and apologized for how busy it was and how long we were waiting and offered those of us that we're waiting a while some drinks. I have had mixed experiences at this Subway ranging from HORRIBLE, to wonderful like today. Huge props to the young men working today, keep up the good work!! :)
