I am very dissatisfied with this franchise, there’s no reason why people need to have their microphone attached to their mouth still while yelling at another customer that previously ordered while you’re waiting to order your food not only that but you should not have an attitude working a drive-through window and calling someone significant other babe as if that’s respectful. Whatever happened to sir and ma’am. . And then being told to back up in the drive-through as if there needs to be cars lined up while other people are pulling up to order their food.

Rude workers. Standard within city limits. Will not return and do not recommend. It ain’t the food it’s the service. All i wanted was The sandwich i paid for and instead of being greeted with an apology after i went all the way home and came all the way back, after i said “YALL got my order wrong” i was corrected with “you mean Wendy’s got your order wrong”. I don’t let people with them kind of attitudes prepare my food so i just got a refund. Get better workers.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
It's so crazy how these people want $15 an hour, they protest for it but they can't work for it, well not can't won't is the best word to use. I pull up in the drive thru, wait 4 minutes, nothing, not a word. No I'll be right with you, nothing, I pull up to the window, I see a young lady, she cuts her eyes at me and say something and continue working like she didn't even see me. I wait 3 more minutes and then realize she did not come to work to work and I pulled off went to Highland Park location and got excellent service. I will never return to this location and I advise you not too

Asked for Ketchup 3 times for our children's nuggets. Ended up with spicy sauce. Asked at window and was told no Ketchup, salt, or pepper. Could have told us this while we were ordering and asking for it.
Our sandwiches were just tossed together. Poor quality.

I visited this location on April 1st I pulled to speaker and employee answered we are only making orders for door dash... I'm like if you cable of making orders you can operate and take orders, I left took my business to Burger King. Why open?
