Beirut Palace

Before my most recent visit experience I was going to rate it 4 stars for the great shwarmas and food in general,but my last experience was horrible in terms of customer service, so far the lady was fair and good in her service but on my last visit there was a rude dude in charge who made no attempt in concealing his feelings that he didn't care about his customers And worst part was he was good to few other customers seated at different tables so yeah I am not very impressed. Venture at your own risk. There are better food and restaurants closeby

This place (now called Al Kabob, I believe) is a hidden gem. Literally everything I've ordered is phenomenal! The staff is always on point, and the food can't be beat. More than reasonable prices, and always service with a smile! I get lunch from here regularly throughout my week and have never been disappointed!

I go here at least once/week, twice if I’m lucky. They have very good food, doesn’t matter what you order, it is all good. You get hot bread and garlic spread with your order, YUM! I mostly go for the great service. They are all so happy to see you when you walk in and always polite. I’ve taken many friends and everyone always wants to go back. If you like Mediterranean food, this is the place to go.

Food - 5/5 ; Prices - 4/5 ; Portions - 5/5 ; Service - 5/5 ; Establishment - 5/5 The food is great and the garlic paste is the best. You can see the bread being cook fresh and the food is cooked really well. However, you might want to give them a heads up if you have more people. Prices are standard, ranging from like $8 - $20 for LARGE portioned meals. A Chicken Shawarma plate can feed 2-3 people which is great. The kids meals are really well portioned but still a little large, but that's okay in my opinion. The service is fantastic. They are super nice and friendly and really want to get to know you. They really want to take care of you like family. One of the workers even ended up becoming a good friend of mine after meeting on a hot day. For the establishment, I've only been there after 12 and it's normally (or always) quiet. It has a calmer atmosphere and everyone seems relaxed and not stressed out. Other than that, I've never had a problem here. They take really good care of their customers and make you feel at home. They never forget your order and treat you will the upmost respect.

food is excellent very delicious restaurant environment was extremely clean. I went here for lunch with a few co-workers and to pick up my order. when I got there my order was ready the customer service is amazing and the gentlemen who assisted was more than help great guy! I had the fatoush salad with chicken and a side of hummus AMAZING!

Good food but the service is horrible! The waitress is extremely ditzy and has no business working in a restaurant! She screwed up multiple orders, forgetting things, giving food to wrong tables, and messing up a lemonade order. I also had to change my order because no matter how many times I told her what I wanted she kept messing up when she would repeat it back to me. She also was tripping over her own feet. Needless to say I won’t be coming back!
