Joe Cristiano's Pizza

Ordered from these guys on Valentine’s Day and thought I’d share my experience. My wife requested heart-shaped pizzas earlier in the day by phone and was told to just add it to the comments in her online order. When the pizzas came round, she was obviously quite annoyed and voiced her displeasure over the phone with them. Not only did they replace the pizzas with perfect heart shaped ones, they made us a little extra pizza dough heart filled with cheese as an apology. Top notch.

Well where should we start, door dashed food and when we received it half the order was wrong. When my daughter 26 years old called, they were very very rude to her. Plus we ordered a Caesar salid with chicken we got a wrap and they basically told us oh well. And didn't apologize. Asked for the manager and basically same situation. Not we will bring the corrected items out to you or anything. Terrible customer service, plus all the rest of the food tasted like Tyson frozen food. Terrible tasting meatballs that tasted like cheap frozen food. Bread was old and stale. Not even homemade dressing like many other places. Well you lost business from us and will be sharing this with others. NOTE TO OWNER, have a discussion on proper customer service. Not door dash`s fault.

During this pandemic, unable to visit our parents, we have ordered meals delivered to them. It is very easy to order online and my parents were just ecstatic over the tasty meals. Between the pizza, lasagna, chicken parm and desserts, everything was delicious, delivered hot and on time! Also, my parents eat a low sodium diet and everything was light on the salt, just perfect. Thank you Joe Cristiano’s! Can’t wait to try for myself next time I make it to Wappy!
