We went for a friends birthday. We all enjoyed our meal. They give you plenty of food. Prices are reasonable. I brought a cake and the staff even sang Happy Birthday to her. Will definitely go back

Prices are a little high, food is good Terrible customer service. Order online Delivery. 2 General Tso chicken combo, Sweet sour chicken combo, dumplings, egg rolls $62. Order incomplete 1 meal missing. I called man said he didn't know what to tell me and nothing he could do. Besides giving him my number for store credit.

Past their prime. The old Jade Palace is no more, this food is awful. Here is a recent delivery order:
Sesame Beef: "chunks of fried beef" are the size of fried clam strips. Hard threads of fried batter with twists of "something" in them. It could be TVP or saitan for all i could tell. Same with the Orange Beef. They don't have slices or chunks of beef anywhere, it's all shreds of mystery meat packed in hard, chewy batter.
Sesame Wonton: the wonton were not cooked. Literally raw dough. I could see the flour prints on the dough, these had never seen a pan of water. Disgraceful.
Wonton Soup: Cold. The other dishes were piping hot but not the soup, so it wasn't the delivery time. It started out cold. Uncooked wonton were put in the broth, but since it was cold they didn't even heat during travel. The broth is a generic yellowish canned broth, they didn't even make it. There were also no scallions or pork threads in the soup! Just uncooked wonton in canned broth. The worst Ive ever had.
Shrimp in Lobster Sauce: I ordered a large for $18 and it had FOUR shrimp in it. So yes, $18 for a quart of egg whites and peas. This one was tasty but there's no excuse for skimping like that.
Pork Egg Foo Young: Instead of brown gravy this came with brown sauce, like a dark version of the one on sweet and sour pork. Tasteless. Also the patties were burned. Not just crispy, actually black char edges. I've eaten this here for over 10 years and I've never seen such a horrible version from them. Even storefronts with no seating can manage this dish.
Jade Palace used to be one of the best Chinese restaurants in the county. No more. It also used to be worth the price. I've eaten all of these dishes there for many years and I'm sad to say I will never eat there again. We've had family celebrations and get-togethers over awesome food and now it's a basic greasy chopstick joint.

I usually order the same thing but this time I didn't and I am so impressed on how good it was. I ordered the Fish and Shrimp Tom Yum soup and Shrimp Pad Thai. Omg! So good! Thank you for not disappointing! Thumbs up!

This by far is the nastiest Chinese food I've ever ate in my life! I don't know how they got almost 4 stars because the food is extremely bland NO FLAVOR whatsoever. I ordered shrimp & broccoli with garlic sauce-spicy there was no spice or flavor it literally taste like I was eating hospital food. The shrimp lo mein was also flavorless and the shrimp had a sour taste and I got an immediate headache. I called the restaurant and was told they haven't had any complaints so basically screw off. I wouldve been better off eating Panda Express. $20 wasted and still hungry. I'm sorry but this food is absolutely disgusting

Thought the food was great until I got sick and was in bed for a whole day. I am a Chinese food lover and I got what I always get, “Chicken & Broccoli” lunch special with wonton soup. Something either went bad or however they NOW cook it. I’m sorry but it used to be a good place to eat, but something did taste very different.

Today I ordered lunch from this place. It was the first time I ever ate from here; it will be the last. My sesame chicken was flavorless and soggy. The beef sticks were so overcooked they tasted disgusting. The shrimp toast nearly broke my tooth because it was so overcooked. I held out hope for the fried wontons - one of my favorite things to order from any Chinese restaurant - only to be disappointed. Some of them were okay, but again mostly flavorless. Others didn't have any filling at all. My parents enjoyed the pepper steak, so two stars instead of one.

My family and I have been going here since the late 90's and have enjoyed it. I can't say they do everything right, but what they do right tastes very good. They've been around a long time and we order from there 50 or 100 times a year. Since I've become a Vegetarian I like this place even more for their choices. Their fake chicken is great and their General Tso's Tofu is VERY good. I will say more often than not the egg rolls aren't fresh - I know this because once I got a fresh made and cooked eggroll and it was GREAT. I realize that you have to make them in advance but it tasted SO good fresh. Their vegetable fried rice is great, my wife loves their crispy duck.
For a local Chinese food place, they're very good - we continue to for more than 25 years even though there are many others.
Check around for coupons - they're VERY worth it.
