Outback Steakhouse

My husband and I love dining at Outback Steakhouse! Curbside pick up is amazing too! The food is super delicious and any item you choose comes out hot and inviting. Service and selections are plentiful and no matter what time of day we arrive we're served with style. Cocktails and beer prices are super affordable and taste incredible. And, now that masks are in remission it was very pleasant to see smiling faces again. My only request is they move closer to us in Highland.

Thank you Allison for an absolutely wonderful family dinner! You went out of your way to make our visit and meal together special, much needed after a difficult night, the wake of our loved one. Not only was your service spot-on, your care and compassion was over the top; you made us feel special. On top of your splendid service, the food from appetizers through the main were absolutely delicious! Thanks again for a great visit, it was truly enjoyed by all!

I just had a great dinner at the outback steak house in Wappingers Falls. Much to my surprise and delight we had the same server we had when we were here several weeks ago. Pedro was amazing. Not only did he provide a great dining experience for us on two separate occasions, he was engaging and fun. My children loved him!!! As a business owner I can honestly tell you that Pedro is the type of employee EVERY business needs more of. He has ownership mentality and knows how to treat people. Well done Outback Steakhouse! If our business was closer I’d offer Pedro a job. Thank you Pedro for making our night out so pleasant. Because of your fantastic service we will definitely be back. Staff very nice. Service was speedy. Food was good. Try the "blooming onion", it's fantastic. Definitely the favourite thing for most of our group. The reason I took off a star is that the cutlery and side dishes looked like they hadn't been properly washed. Perhaps a dishwasher problem that day since some of our group were frequent visitors and said they never had any problems. On a lighter note, the kids want more colors in the FREE crayons. That's right, they complained that the free thing wasn't enough. I thought it was great that the restaurant made the effort to entertain them so the adults could get time to read the menus. Overall everyone was happy with the food and service.

People are quick to complain, but I am compelled to give praise for service above and beyond the normal. I just finished dinner at Outback in Wappingers Falls, NY. PEDRO, my server, is outstanding for his attention to his service. To begin, he remembered me and my family to the point of realizing one of us was not with us. He also remembered what we liked to drink and how we liked our meal. He is courteous and engaging with a great sense of humor. Every other member of the staff should emulate Pedro. We will return the this restaurant to be treated to his company. Steven Abel.
