Mom and I have never been to Wapakoneta, Ohio before and decided we wanted to stop and get some food on our way home from the airport. We saw Cloud nine cafe on google search and decided to stop in. Well honestly I don't know about the food they serve there...BUT there frappes are weak and not blandl! Very disappointed! Please don't advertise specialty coffees if you can't make them! Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Winans to have you a, always delicious frappe!

I’m writing this review solely because of the fudge! It’s hard to find a place around Lima that has great homemade fudge for a reasonable price. I just went today for the second time and had to get the apple pie fudge. It’s absolutely amazing.
