We should have known how bad out food would be when interacting with the person taking out order who seemed to be completely checked out. I order a burger and added pickles but didn't receive them. Additionally, the fries and fish sandwiches we ordered (2 each) were both clearly sitting for hours. So much for hot & crispy fries guaranteed. The fish was inedible. Lastly, we were not even given a receipt and paid with cash so we can't even get a refund. Terrible experience and wouldn't return.

Terrible service. Honestly when the receipt says no cheese on one of the burgers I expect no cheese. Can’t get a refund because it’s store policy to actually be at the store to get a refund. That’s all fine and dandy unless you live 20 minutes away from the location. I’m not commuting an hour to get a refund for someone’s mess up.
Honestly, I would have let it go if this was the first time this happened, but this has happened on 3 separate instances. Like come on, step it up. Some of us can’t eat cheese, thanks for wasting my time and money.

This has got to be the slowest Wendy's in the world. Took over 10 minutes for drive through. Gave them a few more chance after to see if they would do better. The following visit , I ordered a Southwest Avocado Chicken salad and they somehow forgot to add cheese and the guac. Last order they somehow forgot to give me my sauces and ketchup for my fries and nuggets.

If you're in the mood for some quick fast food, Wendy's is always a solid choice. The fries are great, and the Frostys are always a treat. Just be warned that there are no napkins available, so be prepared. The service is always fast, but be aware that the app doesn't take Apple Pay.

Wished I had read the reviews before coming here.
Cashier was blunt to the point of being rude. Food was out pretty fast but got my order wrong. The food also didn’t really taste that great, the chicken was rubbery and the slice of cheese was old.

I've never had worse service in my life. I got my food fast definitely, however, whoever was taking orders on the drive thru last night was the rudest employee Ive ever seen. I tried to order a 10 piece nug and a 6 piece was rung up. When I asked if the 10 piece was rung up I got attitude and I still got a six piece. The burger I also ordered was COVERED in grease. When I got to the window no one spoke to me I was just handed my food and sent away. Just overall pathetic service. Go to anywhere else.

It wasn't good. Had trouble understanding the cashier, and they had this young short girl standing on a booth cleaning a light right next to us. And unfortunately two of us had digestive issues. So as you see it was not a pleasant experience.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. I was picking up my Uber eats and I was getting harassed by this man so I went to the drive thru and told them I felt uncomfortable and they didn’t even care. I was waiting for about 20 minutes and they didn’t even ask if I needed help. Definitely go to the McDonald’s across the street! The people that work at this wendys literally need to be taught respect and human decency
