Bojangles

I legitimately don't know where to start! The service was fantastic and was willing to help when my sister spilled her water over the condiment counter. The food (I had the chicken sandwich) was piping hot and seasoned to perfection. The location is on point, not far from the highway and close to a Sunoco. Let's not forget that the prices were what you would expect at an average Joe fast food restaurant, but the aforementioned food was filling and perfect in every way. I am so disappointed that all I can give is 5 stars!

The manager was sweeping the floor. I had to stand at the cash register a long time before someone waited on me. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 large unsweetened teas. No one was concerned about getting my order to me. Someone finally handed my sandwiches to an employee who then set them somewhere else. I was given 2 cups to pull my drinks. Discovered sweet tea was in the unsweetened urn, and the other tea urn was empty. I poured the teas out and told them about the mix-up. No one made any move to correct it. I then asked them to fill my cups with unsweetened tea from the back. Got in my car and continued driving. I discovered that this tea was also partially sweet. Maybe the manager should be managing instead if sweeping?

Food was hot and chicken taste fresh. Only reason it got a 4 star is because the kids chicken tenders is seasoned with the spiced breading as the rest of the chicken and my son couldn’t eat it. We live in Texas and was home visiting and my wife never had Bojangles. She loves it and wish one was in Dallas.

Food was pretty good. Hot this time. Someone was locking the doors as we were pulling up. No!! I hate going through drive throughs. Always something missing..always something wrong. Same this time. They asked me what sauce I wanted ..and then failed to put it in the bag. No sauce..no ketchup..one napkin...Ugh! Spent almost 20 minutes in this drive through. Really frustrating.

They shorted my order because the were out of chicken. Didn't say anything about it. I noticed when I got home and called. Manager was very rude, didn't care. I was a regular customer there and order is always cold or old. Your better off trying somewhere else. This place can't be keeping up with cleanliness and hygiene standards of they are doing business like this.
