Rubio's Coastal Grill

I don't recommend this place...food has an overly "processed" taste. Really yucky! The Manager was so professional about my displeasure I'm forced to give them a 3☆ review. They were full by the time we left...so some do like it. I do not at all...didn't finish our meals. I ordered a shrimp taco. The young woman upgraded me to the two taco full plate which forced the bill for my daughter and I for lunch over $25.00. Too much for lunch...(especially when it doesn't taste that good) and there are only 4 very small shrimp per taco...and a plain cheese and been burrito + 2 drinks... Disappointing!

Fresh Cal Mex, featuring unprocessed sustainable ethically farmed seafood. It’s a bit pricey at Rubios This is the only fast food Mexican restaurant that I know that serves beer. Love their sauces and salsa from their condiment bar, especially their chipotle. Pretty interior decor. Service was so slow that they comped us a free 10.00$ on our next visit.

Claudia was great! She offered a combo plate instead of à la carte for my gourmet shrimp tacos and I'm glad she did! The beans and chips that came with it were really good! Get the hot red sauce, mix it in your beans and add it to your tacos! *chef kiss* She also gave my daughter crayons and a color page while we waited which I truly appreciated! Thank you!

i visited for the tuesday special on the fish tacos and i was very pleased. the portion size is pretty good and the flavor itself was good too. the price is fine and the location is nice. i hope to come back soon and try something else on another day because there was a lot of different options on the menu.

In fact, this place is great. Lets just say it's Chipotle older brother Rubio. The food was in fact good. The bacon and shrimp burito was amazing. I went here to try food, and i didn't found it appealing at first, but I tried this burrito and ooh it was bomb. You guys should desseve $5 for tip from me.
