Starbucks

Funny story: We came here at 2 pm and were the only ones in there at the time. Ordered drinks for all three of us, one of which was a small cup of ice water. Grabbed a table, then waited for five minutes for the water to come. F-I-V-E minutes! Our other drinks came out about two minutes later. So if you want speedy service, this Starbucks is the place to be!

The barista does not go in order of the drinks, mainly the 3 small Caucasian girls that are there in the mornings. The barista does all of the small drinks first then works on the big drinks. Also before she would finish one drink she would start on another. When the male workers are there I have no problems with them, just customers steal drinks

Went in this afternoon the store was filthy the floor was really dirty and the counter where u fix ur drink was a mess and disgusting I had to use several napkins to place the lid on. Secondly there was no sugar at all and when I politely asked for sugar I was given an attitude and denied sugar I was told by the shift that they were completely out of sugar. I used sweetener which totally changed the taste of my coffee and I left the store. Honestly the coffee tasted really bad so after about 5 minutes I went back in to get a fresh coffee and go somewhere else to add sugar but the guy behind the register told why we have sugar and handed me few packets from the box right next to his register. I went to the counter to fix the coffee and it was all stocked with sugar so I asked to speak with the manager and I guess the shift came and she was the sane person that gave me attitude and said they were completely out of sugar and when I told her u r being rude and giving me attitude and refusing to give me sugar she was more rude and left me talking and took off she didn’t apologize for her attitude and nor for wasting my time because getting a cup of coffee took around 30 minutes that’s so unprofessional and I believe I was discriminated against because my friend was wearing hijab I will never go back to this Starbucks they deserve 0 stars for discriminating against people

Careless and lackadaisical employee. Went for a cup of coffee, the young lady acted as if I was asking for a free coffee. She was more concerned about her coworker's joke than my order. This is a nice location in WC but my experience it's not about what Starbucks sells but about the bad service that ONE bad employee gave me. I ended up buying my coffee at the little Starbucks shop inside Macy's. I wasn't going to spent money where they provide bad service, heck NO. Respect.
