Ruth's Chris Steak House

It was my birthday.. and my family of 8 was helping me to celebrate. The service was on point they were very attentive to our needs as usual, and the food was exceptionally delicious.. the stakes were very tender and seasoned to perfection. The lobster macaroni with cheese and the garlic mashed potatoes was awesome. It was the end of the evening and the restaurant was closed, when my daughter realized that she did not have her credit card, and my niece did not have any money. The doors were locked to prevent outside patronizing from entering. Management and the servers were working with us, they were very patient. So my daughter left to go take money from a Wells Fargo ATM. We then took the cash plus gave a debit card for payment..we had the best time ever. Thanks Ruth's Chris

Wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion with the whole family. The friendly wait staff welcomes you and are there to attend to your party’s needs: will uncork your BYOB wine (corkage fee), make recommendations to what to eat and drink, genuinely nice to your kids (has high chairs and a Kids Menu), and will check on your table throughout the evening. Highly recommend ordering the seafood tower & prix fixe dinner (3 courses: soup or salad, entree with one side, and a dessert). They will dress up dessert (write Happy Birthday in chocolate icing). Definitely need to make reservations for Saturday night prior because this place gets busy. Saw the hostess say “no” to walk-ins, without reservations who didn’t want to sit in the bar.

I have been to this establishment and the food is amazing which is why we wanted to have my nephews birthday here. But, Just tried to make a reservation for a party of 8 or more. Then the receptionist over the phone explained to me their policy about social distancing. Which is fine. But since her explanation was confusing I decided to just get a table for 8, she then said it wasn’t available then I said 6, then she said they were fully booked for the day I wanted. What?!? Guess what I went on to the website to reserve for 6 for the day I want and I got it. Which means they’re not fully booked. Then I had my nephew call to reserve a table for 6 and the same receptionist said they had available seating. Well guess what If you as a hostess/receptionist do not want to deal with customers like me then you should not be in customer service or be in the position of answering the phones. I’m one very upset customer!!! Very disappointed! Oh and I’ll be canceling that reservation.

Seriously the best steak house I have been to yet. Top of the top. Cream of the crop for sure. Service is great, but the food is so good hear the servers could have been terrible and I still would leave a 5 star review. I don't know what they are doing to those steaks back there, but they have figured out how to cook them like no other for sure!!!

Everyone from the hostess to the waiters was professional and courteous. The food was delicious, and the "personal" sides and soups that come with the prix-fix menu were quite large! The side of mushrooms was simply amazing, probably would forgo the stuffed mushrooms appetizer next time and just get the side instead. Our steaks came out perfectly cooked, and our waiter/waitress team made sure to check in on us often. Side note, it's great that there is a nice (and currently free) parking garage in the same plaza--super convenient!
