Manager was very nice but served me cold food. I really wanted to try the new primal burger. Which I feel would have been really good cooked fresh not a dried out burger that's been sitting in a steam well. I was the only customer in there and still was served cold food. Really not surprised all fa
Waited 30 minutes for an order, was accused of lying about not receiving it, then as the manager on duty, Erica, bagged it up she started making several racial slurs. I've never had such horrible service in my life!
This stop was a disappointment. We waited at the drive thru for 3-4 minutes while our food was sitting at the window getting cold so the clerk could get change for a $20. The manager couldn't be bothered to be in a hurry. The food was fair, nothing to brag about. Won't be back.

I was very pleased with the service along with the quick preparation of my order. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the Wallace Hardee's has a 10 percent discount for veterans,active duty and first responders. Always nice to be noticed. Semper fi.
Food was ok in quality. Workers are distracted and messed up my order due to random conversations. No condiments and I had to remind them I needed a drink. They showed NO work ethic in lunch rush. Customer service starts with the counter. Put customers first and personal conversations second.
Service can be pretty slow here. Also, they can be pretty skimpy on their fries. I ordered a large and it was the amount of a medium or even a small. The burgers were great!! Staff was very polite and friendly. My main issue is it takes too long for orders.
