Just went by Dutch Bros on 9th Street & I was shocked at the way a pretty faced girl there handled herself. After speaking with me & taking my order & hearing my harder time I’m going thru she called a male young employee over and started snickering about what I shared. My child running away & my mother just getting out of the hospital. Obviously the staff here has no conscious or heart and management is choosing staff on superficial benefits over truly people good in heart, customer care and standards of communication & behavior in conducting oneself. I won’t be coming back and I will reach out to corporate.

The people that Dutch Bros are awesome when my wife was alive should go there and they always brought a smile to her face made her feel like she was a most important woman in the world and they do that for everyone that I know of never had it that bad experience there they make me feel good

We love going to either of our Dutch Bros here because everyone is so kind and positive. The drinks are always amazing!

Just a suggestion, but next time you make an order wrong twice, and I have to come back for a 3rd time, maybe don’t argue with me about the order I had. I mean honestly an unbelievable experience that left me super angry and upset.

Solid coffee, mochas, and shakes. They are consistent and delicous. They are also pretty quick so you don't have to wait long.

Always polite to me, great place to grab a coffee drink. Great system of taking orders with a device at your car when there's a line at the drive thru.
