Review Piccolo Milano Pizza & Restaurant - Walkertown

Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant!!! Very rude staff members, and charging all my children as adults. Not worth the money at all almost $80 for some not good pizza. Than complaining to only our family about not wearing gloves at the buffet, when their own staff wasn't wearing gloves!! If your trying to have a nice family night out, I would not recommend this place!! Since the drama upset my 5yr old so he did not even want to eat, and we still was charged regardless. Horrible 😡

We stopped there today for the first time ever. We got there around 2:30. After any Sunday church crowd or anything. We ordered one appetizer, one 1time salad bar, and a pizza. The appetizer consisted of French fries, mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers, fried mushrooms, & chicken strips. They were all frozen foods bought from a food supplier or the Lowes Foods next door and didn’t come with any dipping sauces. The salad bar…was gross and I actually had to get up and find my server to ask if I just go to the bar or wait for a plate to be brought to me. The server said, “Oh, well most people who come in here just know what to do bc they have been here before” Ooookay! The pizza was okay…not great but the best thing we ordered. We stacked all of our dirty dishes together to be helpful (I’ve been a server of 21 years), but it took forever for our server to bring our check. We watched as she rolled silverware, played her phone, and chatted with another server who sat down with her after awhile. We felt like we were being held hostage in a restaurant that was freezing cold just so we could pay our bill and get out! Do not eat here! If the restaurant manager wants to respond, please don’t! I’ve seen all the reviews you’ve replied to; and you just want people to come back and waste their money and not truly apologize to them. Don’t waste your time.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The service was awful and the food… even worse. Pizza was so thin and burnt. Tasted like it had been sitting out for days. This pizza made me never want to eat pizza again and I love pizza dude. The lady waiting on us took the longest to bring our refills and she only had 1 other table! Never going to this place again. We didn’t even want to pay for the food. Don’t eat here it’s definitely not worth it.

I do not recommend this place for dine-in. Came across as very unorganized and being operated by unsupervised children. Oh! Tip: it's 85 degrees outside but you better bring a coat!! I have on jeans and it was so cold inside I finally got up halfway through my meal and left. I said something to the waitress about it being so cold and she just shrugged her shoulders even though they were walking around with jackets on.

This place is so awesome, great staff members as well, they have so many different cultures and I know they are short staffed but for a restaurant that is short short staffed they are doing hella a job. I know some of the workers are kids, but mainly at night, but they are giving kids opportunities to work and grow, which I enjoy soooo muchhhh. And don’t get me started on there food! It’s soooo amazing, my favorite things are they don’t sell alcoholic drinks- which I can enjoy my food without drunk people around me, they have halal food as well, and on top of that no pork establishments. EVERYTHING is so yummy and most of their dishes is homemade. The customer service is amazing. WILL BE COMING BACK !!!!

This pizza buffet is a stand alone in pizza taste. I really like it, and can not compare it with any other pizza I have ever tried before. The waitress was really nice, and the other staff was welcoming as well. The price of the buffet, with a drink is a little over $10 on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was clean, and is conveniently located near other shops. It is a kid friendly environment, and my child loves there food! Give it a try if you're around the Walker town area, I give it a 5 star!

They allow animal services, the food is amazing and the buffet is soo good, and everything is soo clean. The customer service was amazing, good good management. They are pork free and halal establishment. It’s surprising how understaff they are and yet they are so good! 10/10 Would recommend!!!!

Went there for the first time recently. I have to say this is some of the best pizza I've tasted in the Triad.
