Review Starbucks - Walker

Beautiful Starbucks! My drink was delicious and as expected. If I lived near this location, I would probably come and work here occasionally because of its appealing atmosphere. The drive-through is incredibly busy, with cars overflowing onto the busy adjoining street – see photos. They may need to figure out a better way to route their drive through traffic, as this doesn’t seem safe. Friendly staff 🤩

This location is well known for being fast and accurate, and the staff always provide a professional and friendly experience. Thank you for being a valuable part of this here community

Really big store. Nice decor. Comfortable. Surprised not having any of the self serve coolers for yogurt, waters, etc. Actually really busy this morning just before 9 am on Saturday. Long wait even with the mobile order.

Just want to leave a comment for this location and all the staff, but definitely Brandon! I’ve come by numerous of times early in the morning for a drink on the way to work, and he is the nicest and kindest person I think I have ever met. He gives truly the BEST customer service ever, and I absolutely suggest you keep him around as long as possible. We definitely need way more people like Brandon in this world because it definitely would be a much better place! Give this man a raise!

I prefer this. Starbucks to other locations, however after the morning crew leaves drinks are hit or miss. More often than not the drink is made wrong, ex: I order a cold brew with caramel, cream and Sweet foam . I received a black cold brew with sweet foam and when I complained I was told. It was made properly with cream. We all have eyes and. Can see it is black. There have even been times the barista refused to add cream after....

I am in love with my Special Mango Dragonfruit. This location made our day. Because of the chaos it's only Drive-Thur and lines were long, but when approaching the intercom to order Brandon was very friendly, calm, patient and happy to take our Special order. We were very impressed with his service, so much so we needed a face with whom was behind that friendly and funny voice. He was so sweet and even funnier in person. Service that like especially during this time is very thin. I am so glad he was there to make our moment memorable. For that I give it five stars.

I love Starbucks. Their coffee is always excellent and the staff is always nice. I have yet to have any issues with Starbucks. All of the employees are nice and patient. They always seem cool, calm, and collected

I was able to meet Ange at SB and she was so sweet and very attentive. She cashed me and made my drink which was absolutely delicious 😋 Thanks Ange for making my first time there the best 🌻

The crew this morning was phenomenal. I drive through order was taken by I believe Brendan or Brandon. Who greeted us with welcome back to delicious. His energy was just everything! We were then greeted at the window by the sweetest little Aussie girl I can't remember her name. But I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for a great service this morning what a great crew!

I’ll be honest - I’ve been a long time customer of this Starbucks and a year ago this review would not have been positive. I have to give credit to the staff here, they have really stepped it up in service lately. They remember me from my order, they’re very kind and they really make the transaction personable. Great job y’all! Keep it up!

Emily was a fantastic customer service representative! She made our experience this Monday morning absolutely fantastic with her great attitude and positive voice!!! I will come back to this specific Starbucks just because of Emily!

I love Starbucks, especially the barista's who work there, they're all so nice and welcoming! I love how some of them express themselves with either pins or dyed hair, it makes me so happy :)

They are genuinely always so nice at this store, I recently started going now that the Target across the street closed their Starbucks. Every time I go the employees are so nice and the drive-through is always really quick. I went inside once too and the atmosphere was very inviting. Great place with great employees!

I never liked coffee until I had Starbucks. I love their order ahead option and they have more than just coffee

The employees are always so nice and our orders are always delicious. Monty loves getting a pup cup when we go through the drive thru!

Came to Starbucks on 10/04/22, around 9:20am, I asked if they had a military discount and was told they do not, which to me wasn’t a big deal, however the drive thru worker Brandon went out his way and paid for my drink. Even got to have a short conversation with him, very nice guy and he definitely deserves a raise. :) thank you Brandon!!
