Horrible experience!!! It took 3 employees just to ring up a breakfast order. Language barrier was an issue. The young man with the cross in his ear who was at the register between 4:45 pm March 14th 2022 didnt even try to take my order because he couldn't understand my order even when I pointed it at the breakfast menu right next to the register. It seemed like he didn't want to be there, everyone else was hustling except for him. The older gentleman did a great job confirming the order making sure it was correct. Then I saw the older one taking out the trash. Give him a raise.

Long line, and wait in drive-thru. Signage outside stating you can walk in and do take out, but the front door is locked. I don't know what kind of service is running here at this location, but you're better off going somewhere else.

We all know how Jack's is... great fried tacos , best sour dough burger , and curly fries with butter milk sauce. The staff is great and service is wonderful.

Extremely slow service when going inside for takeout. Looks to be understaffed and prioritizing drive thru vs. walk-in customers. Still no dine-in being offered at this location. I used to go here often when in the area, but with other options available nearby I will likely not return.

Went to this location 3 times so far always fresh food. I'm definitely willing to travel here for a fourth time from Waianae just to get some fresh Jack's

I love their food. It's pricey compared to other fast food places but you can't beat their shakes.

First time I went here ordered monster tacos via the app. Got there and they were like no monster tacos available you want regular tacos? Sure. They cancel my original order then ring me up for 2 orders of 2 tacos. Except they charge me regular price vs the in app price...whatever it's like less than a dollar extra.
This visit I ordered a cheeseburger jumbo jack Jr and curly fries. The burger was old enough or overcooked enough that it was tough around the edges like cardboard. The curly fries were chewy...yes...chewy. They had been sitting for so long it's ridiculous. They were closer to room temp than even warm. And I ordered at 1230 so it's lunch time.
Go to the Kunia Jack's or any other Jack's cause this one is terrible.
