This is our go-to Papa John's since we moved from town some time ago. The staff are always friendly and the service is top notch. If there are any issues with our pizza (it's rare), the managers on call are always willing to replace or provide credit for future use. Mahalo nui to the staff and management at Waipahu Papa Johns for always delivering the best pizza in the area.

If I order one pizza, it is always the works! I ordered from different locations on this island but for some reason Waipahu location is my favorite. The staff was in general friendly and nice at any location but the taste of pizza from Waipahu location is my favorite. I think the sweetness of the sauce and how inviting the pizza look like, made us eating couple of slices after we open up the box on the trunk of the car. We were so embarrassed that we had a friend over and we barely left him two slices to share. It was yummy! Thank you Papa Jones Waipahu!

I ordered 2 The Works pizzas with extra Pepperoni! This time it didn’t seem like it had as much toppings on it like the last time I order these Pizzas! I was a little disappointed with this order! The good thing is it was Wednesday so I got the special price! Hope it is better the next time I order it!

Used app to order. Easy use. It also tracks status of your order. No more lost or late orders. Excellent location. Just zip in and out from waipahu road. Plenty of parking. The sausage pizza was great. Because we had ordered half and half, and had to pay as if we ordered a full pizza, we joked and asked if we could take the full portion of topping and put it on the half. What do you know. They did. For those of you who don't know. They charge for toppings. Now if you order half n half. You get only half toppings but still get charged as if it was a full pizza. So if you ordered a full pepperoni you would get sixteen slices of pepperoni. If you asked for half pepperoni, you only get eight slices. So instead of two pieces of pepperoni on each slice, I now get FOUR! I had to drop one star for, no pepper flakes, pramesan, and garlic sauce. Still had pepperoncini. Yum!
