Just got a quick snack, the pork pineapple sausage. Was really good, it seems like they put a tiny bit of cheese on the bun before they grill it or something because bottom was nice and crunchy.

Yum, yum, yum! Definitely hit Porky’s after a long day hiking in Waimea Canyon. There are no light options on the menu and the menu is small and all PORK- so ditch your vegetarian/vegan/muslim/kosher friends before coming! 🙂

Super delicious, not too expensive and very filling. I got the number 4 with sweet and spicy, the rest of my group got the other three dishes and I was able to try them all. My favorite was the number 4 (rice dish) but all were super delicious. 10/10 would come here again.

Some of the best pulled pork I have had in a long time. My wife had the pulled pork hot dog, while I had the grilled cheese. Both were perfectly proportioned and very tasty, with just enough pineapple. Excellent time.
Bottle the sauce and call it Porky’s “Aloha in a Bottle”!
The grilled cheese on the outside of the roll, the grilled onions, the pineapple, the sausage, the pork itself! And then there was the sauce that tied it all together. My wife had the grilled cheese and it was just as delectable.

Only 4 menu options, but each we tried was fantastic. Great quality food. Excellent service - the staff is excellent with kids and we saw the guy go across the street for a bank deposit and hold open the door for the elderly as well. Great people working here.

We ordered the #3 and #1, aka the Grilled Cheese and the Pineapple Sausage. Great food! Just expect it to be the regular item but stuffed with pulled pork. And the sauce is also to die for.

We first started eating Porky's when they had a food truck in Kapaa. We've been waiting to eat there again since the moved to Waimea. We really liked they restaurant. The orders came out quickly. The food tasted just like we remember. Well worth the drive.
Very crispy and flavorful pork and rice (#4). There was a very good cheese pull and good bread on the grilled cheese, but the pineapple was not very complimentary to the dish (#3).
