Solid food, decent prices, good service. If you're looking for a faster option in Waimea order from the buffet menu here. Food off the buffet takes a little longer but it's also fresher. Hours are long which is a bonus too.

Nice food court to stop by food was good orange chicken with noodles and white rice.

As a Cantonese I will say the char siu, roast pork and roast duck here is definitely above average in United States. However, other dishes like chow fen and chow mein might not be good. I wonder who brought such authentic char siu recipe all the way from Canton.

Kind of pricey. But like others have said the char sui roast pork is amazing. Wontons are great. Cookies are great. Service is very fast as most items are already prepped

Had the Buffet. It was a good, fresh meal. The service was great. They were quick to clean up our dirty plates and fresh water and hot tea were provided along with refills! The crispy chicken was great and the lo mein was very good.
