Generous portions. Favorites were the Chili Garlic Crunch Poke, Whipped Ricotta Tomatoes, Beet Box vol. 2, Crispy chicken with Calamansi Shoyu, and Wailuku Saimin.
Delicious Asian fusion with a unique Hawaiian taste and vibe. Loved eating here and thoroughly enjoyed the sashimi, fried chicken, and short ribs.
Very good and unique food. Loved the indoor atmosphere. It was unexpected looking at the outside. I had the ribeye and it was very good. First time I ate a steak with chopsticks. 😎
Friendly local spot. Chill vibes with great tasting food! I recommend trying the steak bites and kimchi rice. $3 beer on happy hour too!
Loved this local establishment! Seated at the bar top right away. Drank the Hennything is Possible- yum!! Very smooth! We ate the steak bites and walnut shrimp. Hot and tasty! Shrimp was my fave! Friendly accommodating staff as well!

Surprisingly stylish and tasty dishes! If you like a different take on common dishes and feel like you’re in the middle of a social event, this is the place. Kind of out of place for the area but that’s what gives it a “teleported to a different place” feel. Even if you don’t like the vibe, you’ll like the food.
The table next to us kept looking at our food. I think they were wondering what the dish was so they could order it. Kind of wanted to ask if they wanted to try, but that might have been too forward. But you never know, that’s how strangers become good friends.
Anyways, bring your date if you want to have a good time out. Otherwise, bring your Dad who likes to part!

So delicious! I’ve been such a fan of Sheldon’s from watching Top Chef and made sure to carve out time to visit one of his restaurants while visiting Hawai’i. Tiffany’s didn’t disappoint and it made us wish we had more time to sample more from the menu. We had the Mandoo, Crispy Chicken, and the Stir Fry Squid and it was all delicious. That crispy chicken…wow, so good.
A solid local staple with various local favorite dishes, recently reimagined in a fresh new space! Awesome happy hour from 4-5pm and 8pm to closing!
Prices have increased while portions have decreased. The flavors are still good like the original. Takeout is by online prepay ordering only. Our order was ready within 30 minutes as promised. Would go again.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Sheldon Simeon newest vision for a classic Wailuku restaurant at Tiffany’s. The hamachi was “ broke da mouth” steak bites so good and my favorite of the evening the teriyaki chicken. So delicious. The service was great and the best part was sharing it with family and friends. Looking forward to going again very soon.
As a visitor from Canada, I felt very blessed to have stumbled upon Tiffany's, especially right when they just renovated the restaurant with Sheldon Simeon and his wife Janice. The food was so delicious and the service was excellent. The pricing is very affordable and for the quality you are getting, this is 10 times more worth it than any resort / big brand restaurants in Maui. This restaurant serves a variety of Asian cuisine. The dishes reminded me of home! Kudos to top chef Sheldon on the amazing revamp!

I’ve been here several times now and it was my partner who told me about it. I’ve been living in Maui now for 4 years and it’s truly hard to find a good place and priced for what you want and this restaurant as never let me down some of the best sushi we have had and there Korean food is y I go that and the beer just brilliant I’ll be back for many years to come
Killer grinds and great service! Tiffany's is always a treat especially when you have friends and family along for the ride. Reasonable prices, quality ingredients, fast service, great cocktails and a team that's always smiling! Props to Chef Sheldon, Janice and the whole team. So happy to see this Maui staple in such capable hands.

Tiffany's in Maui offers a delightful fusion of Korean cuisine and traditional flavors, creating a unique dining experience that stands out among the island's many restaurants. From the moment you step inside, the restaurant exudes a warm and inviting ambiance, making you feel like a welcomed guest.
By far some of the best and unique flavors I’ve experienced. This is a must go to if you are in Maui. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.
