Food was good. We loved the ramen and the salmon.
However, the service was bad we sat there for over 25 minutes and nobody even came over to ask us about if we wanted water and the server come back again in another 10 minutes and told us the food we wanted to order was out.

Tried 2x for their early special 4:45 to 5:30pm. Better line up at 4:30pm as they do not open up the back room. If you don't mind sitting squished up at the bar than you can enter early.

Had a great aged ribeye steak. Tasted wonderful tender. I also got the lobster and shrimp mashed potatoes. Not quite worth the money on the lobster and shrimp part for the extra 35 but all in all it was a good meal
We came here for the 50% off Early bird special on a Sunday and it was delicious! We had the Crab ramen, misoyaki chicken, no g island pasta and assortment of sushi. We probably ate too much but it was hard to stop!
My friends and I thought that Sansei would be an upscale, fancy dining place, but it was more simple, family style. So I can't say the atmosphere was super special, but we got a booth, had a great waiter and the food, despite the restaurant being quite busy arrived quickly. Yes, the food was as good
We came here during their Happy Hour special. Came for the discounts, stayed for the food I suppose. Service was wonderful. Food arrived fairly quickly, and was delightful. Would come again.

Ate here before our flight off the island and will definitely be back. Enjoyed the miso cod - so buttery and melts in your mouth, a duck fat ramen, sushi rolls and refreshing beverages. Our server was personable and very knowledgeable about the menu and the island.
I have no complaints about my dinner here. We came here looking for sushi, but the Brussels sprouts and seafood pasta were beyond better than the sushi. The service was great! Also, this place has a completed loaded bar. Highly suggest you stop by here.
