I don’t do too many reviews on Fast Food places because everyone eats here on a daily basis but the few times i do go to McDonald’s is definitely for the McTeri Burger. I LOVE this Burger-alot. DRIPPING in delicious sweet Teri Sauce and slathered in mayonnaise with onions makes it so delicious. Lim
More attention to the customers who come inside the buy, eat is needed. Waited to be helped. Not a fan of the kiosks or online ordering. All the attention was on the drive through. Dining area was clean and quiet. Only one family was inside.
Changing my review bc of how the manager handled the situation & we spoke on the phone following up. The manager is super sweet and was concerned about how this lady was acting to me and my kids.

The Wahiawa McDonald's is THE FASTEST Golden Arches in the islands! They're always busy (especially the drive-thru), but they usually manage to get your food & drinks to you as quickly as possible. The restaurant portion is nicely decorated for Halloween now as well. Check them out!
Great food, but bad service. Went to order at the counter and the employee totally ignored me. Had to order at the kiosk. Person took the order of the person next to me.
Clean inside and out, very busy location since Wahiawa is congested. The drive thru and take out move quickly even in the morning. Courier option is my favorite
Rarely have any issues with this location. Drive thru line can get long but still moves along smoothly. This is a pretty standard McDonald's. The food met expectations, but the service was a little slow.
Mc D's is always good. The drive thru worker was tired having a bad day . Haleiw McDonald's is more expensive then Waikiki McDonald's.
It's busy in Wahiawa, but the staff here keeps the line moving. Super nice and professional on the speaker and window.
They’ve got the McRib! But they don’t have a washroom for the public. Very busy location right across the street from the Ilikai Hotel.

Quick Service and the app work really good. The parking lot is not big enough
Nothing majorly bad, just annoyances like the syrup for the pancakes or sauce for chicken nuggets missing or a hash brown short, asking for bacon but not getting bacon. So the staff could make a little more effort in making sure the orders are correct and those loose items like sauces and syrup are
