Executive Chef Chris Gedders' new seasonal menu is the best kept secret in LI! We ate there yesterday and were amazed t the variety and quality; very creative pairings, coupled with the exquisite fresh local produce made for a burst of flavor in every bite. Try the watermelon/goat feta salad, it is to die for! Also the delicious trio of Proscuiuto, Copa and Speck. The individual pizzas have a great crust...other highlights: cold cherry soup, infused with lemon verbena, summer ratatouille...and the best trio of chocolate creme brulee! On top of the great food, they have an extensive wine list at reasonable prices. Lovely surroundings, attentive and gracious staff made this a memorable experience. We can't wait to go back! The outdoor fireplace looks wonderful for a quiet evening drink..
